Abstract
(Л С ел соThe invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to the hydraulic elastic elements of the vehicle suspension system. The purpose of the invention is to increase energy intensity and reliability by increasing the number of elastically working volumes and increasing lateral stability. Under the influence of external disturbances, the bellows 1 and 2 of different stiffness are compressed, compressing the fluid in the volume A. Damping takes place through the holes 12. As the pressure of the fluid is released in the volume A, the bellows 10 and 11 begin to compress until the fluid pressure in volumes B and C is will balance the pressure in the volume A. Further compression of the bellows 10 and 11 occurs by force through the rods 6 and 7 until the compressibility of the fluid in volumes B and B has expired. Thus, the compression stroke is elastically limited. For insignificant loads, backgrounds 2 and 11 work, and for heavy loads, the bellows 1 and 10 work fully. 1 Il. (Ls ate with

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , а именно к гидравлическим упругим элементам систем подрессорива- ни транспортных средствt The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to the hydraulic elastic elements of the suspension systems of vehicles.
Цель изобретени - повьшение энергоемкости и надежности за счет увеличени количества упруго работающих объемов и повьшени поперечной устойчивости .10The purpose of the invention is to increase energy intensity and reliability by increasing the number of elastically working volumes and increasing lateral stability .10
The drawing shows a hydraulic elastic element, a longitudinal section.
The hydraulic elastic element comprises a housing made in the form of two metal sypiphones 1 and 2 of different stiffness connected to a metal ring 3 located between them and lids 4 and 5, in which the rods 6 and 7 of different sizes are fixed. Inside the case there is a metal ring 9 of smaller diameter connected to the ring 3 by means of a partition 8, on which are attached two metal additional bellows 10 and 11 of different stiffness. Moreover, an additional bellows 10 of greater rigidity is located in the post of the bellows 1 of greater rigidity, and an additional bellows 11 of lesser rigidity is located in the cavity of the bellows 2 of lesser rigidity. The hand throttles of the hole 12 are made between the rings 3 and 9, forming the volume A and the volumes B B formed by the additional bellows 10 and 11, respectively.
Hydraulic elastic element works as follows.

(а именно; сильфоны 2 и 11 имеют меньшую жесткость, чем сильфоны 1 и 10) обуславливает разную жесткость гидравлического упругого элемента под разной нагрузкой.and 11 begin to compress until the pressure of the fluid in volumes B and C equilibrates the pressure in volume A. At the end of the compression stroke, the rods 6 and 7 come into contact with the ends of the bellows 10 and 11, and further compress these bellows forcibly before the end of the compressibility of the fluid, located in volumes B and C, i.e. bellows 10 and 11 with liquid in volumes B and C act as elastic limiters of the compression stroke, significantly increasing the energy intensity of the elastic element. The stiffness of the bellows 1, 2, 10 and 11 is different (namely; the bellows 2 and 11 have a lower stiffness than the bellows 1 and 10) causes a different stiffness of the hydraulic elastic element under different loads.
