The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in I, in particular, to the production of stack I paperboard for interior parts of footwear.
ч.The purpose of the invention is to improve the fairness of cardboard by reducing i scaling and increasing its mechanical strength. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The essence of the invention is that sulfate prehydrolysis cellulose containing macromolecules with a maximum molecular weight of 0.8-1.210 and a minimum molecular weight of 50-80-10 with a ratio of 60-70: 40- 30 ma.ch.
The manufacture of sidewall cardboard is carried out as follows.
The pulp is dissolved in the pulper, after which it is subjected to sequential grinding in two or three conical mills to the degree of grinding between 24 and 26 SR (the degree of grinding of the initial pulp is 12-14). The ground mass at a concentration of 1.3-1.5% is glued with stabilized latex. The latter is stabilized with a solution of sulfite-alcohol bards. The deposition and fixing of the latex on the cellulose fibers is produced by a solution of coagulant, for example, aluminum potash alum. The glued mass is fed to; the table of the long-grid machine (type KS-01), where it is dehydrated to a moisture content of 65-75%. Further removal of moisture is produced by pressing a web to a moisture content of 55-65%. Stabilizer — a solution of sulphite alcohol bards Coagul bt — aluminum-alum alum Oxide of calcium Cellulose is dissolved in a hydraulic separator, and then pumped to conical mills. The grinding of cellulose is carried out in 2 degrees, as a result of which the degree of grinding of cellulose is increased from 15 to 25 ° SH. The ground mass at a concentration of 1.3-1.5% is glued with a latex, previously stabilized with a solution of sulfite-alcohol bards concentrate. To prevent aging of the finished cardboard, a dispersion of zinc oxide is introduced into the latex.
