Abstract

The invention relates to a package, in particular to an airtight container for storing and transporting bulk and small piece goods. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability in operation. The sealed container contains body 1, krppka 2, brackets 3 and gasket. The housing 1 has protrusions 5 located in the middle of the side walls on their outer side, 1 flanges 6 with windows on its end walls. At the same time on one side of the wall have one protrusion that serves as a closed element, and on the opposite wall - two protrusions 5, which serve as both locking and hinge element. The bolt 2 has protrusions 8 and Z-shaped elements 9. The bottom shelf of the Z-shaped element is located at an acute angle to the bottom surface of the flanges 6. The tabs 5 on the housing 1 and the projections 8 on the bolt 2 have coaxial holes with a clamp. The brackets 3 with their ends are constantly located in the openings of the projections 8 of the lid and can be moved therein. The invention relates to packaging, in particular, to structures of tightly sealed sealed containers for storing and transporting bulk goods and small piece goods, and can be used, in particular, for storing and transporting promotional articles.

The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability in operation.

The sealed container includes a housing 1, a cracker 2, brackets 3 and a seal 4. The housing 1 has protrusions 5 located in the middle of the side walls on their outer side, and flanges 6 with windows 7 on its end walls. In this case, on one side wall there is one protrusion that serves as a locking element, and on the opposite wall - two protrusions that serve as both locking and hinge elements. The Kryppka 2 has protrusions 8 made on its lateral sides and Z-shaped elements 9 located on its end walls. The bottom shelf 10 of the Z-shaped element is located at an acute angle to the surface of the flanges 6. The lugs 5 on the housing 1 and the lugs 8 on the top 2 have holes that, with the lid closed, are on the same axis. The lugs 5 of each side wall of the housing are TC between the two protrusions 8 of the cover. To close the closed container, the brackets 3 must be inserted before their handles enter the gap while the free ends of the brackets enter the holes of the projections 5 of the housing 1. The brackets are fixed by a gap in the lower plane of the flanges 6 of the housing. Due to the lower flange 10 of the Z-shaped element 9, the walls of the end face of the container are more reliably pressed against the end of the container body.

The opening of the container occurs in reverse order by inserting the free ends of the clips from the openings of the body projections 5 and their handles from the gaps. Then the container is opened. The arrangement of the protrusions 5 on the housing 1 and the protrusions 8 on the roof 2 allows to separate the coil from the case or rotate it relative to their articulation.

The use of the proposed sealed container provides increased reliability in operation, as it increases the reliability of protection of stored and transportable products from the harmful effects of the environment.
