Description
Tools with a set of interchangeable electrodes for bipolar coagulation and removal of neoplasms, consisting of forceps and interchangeable electrodes with electrical wires and a power source, are known.
Такое выполнение инструмента позвол ет повысить эффект лечени заболеваний мозга способом коагул ции, дает возможность лучще использовать биактивный инструмент и в других област х хирургии .In the proposed tool, the electrode holder is made easily collapsible in the form of tweezers consisting of two branches with a set of interchangeable electrodes of different configurations and different shapes of the active part. Such an embodiment of the instrument makes it possible to increase the effect of treating brain diseases with the coagulation method, and makes it possible to better use the biactive instrument in other areas of surgery.
FIG. a, b shows tweezers assembled and disassembled; in fig. 2 - eight pairs of replaceable electrodes; in fig. Za, b - tweezers assembled and disassembled as an independent electrode in the working position.
The tweezers consist of two branches 1 pivotally connected so that it can be easily disassembled (Fig. 1). This allows the tool to work as tweezers, when the machine is assembled, and when disconnecting the branches, as self-contained electrodes (Fig. 3). A set of interchangeable electrodes 2 consists of eight pairs of interchangeable tips of four shapes of different configurations (Fig. 2). The electrodes are made of stainless steel coated with extruded insulation material.
The wires 3 are connected to the electrodes 2 in the holder of tweezers by means of a spring lock at the end of the plug 4 wires, which makes it possible to quickly change the electrodes.
Subject invention
A tool with a set of replaceable electrodes for bipolar coagulation and removal of neoplasms, consisting of tweezers and replaceable
электродов с электрическими проводами и источником питани , о т л ичающийс тем, что, с целью повышени эффекта лечени заболеваний мозга способом коагул ции тканей высокочастотным током н возможности лучшего использовани биактивного инструмента и в других област х хирургии, держатель электродов выполнен легко разборным в виде пинцета, состо щего из двух бранш с набором сменных электродов разной конфигурации и разной формой активной части.electrodes with electrical wires and a power source, which is because in order to increase the effect of treating brain diseases by coagulating tissues with high-frequency current and the possibility of better utilization of a bioactive instrument in other areas of surgery, the electrode holder is easily collapsible as tweezers consisting of two branches with a set of interchangeable electrodes of different configurations and different forms of the active part.
