Изобретение относитс к м сной промышленности , а именно к технологическому оборудованию птицеперерабатывающих цехов . Цель изобретени - обеспечение надежности работы устройства. Устройство дл приготовлени полуфабрикатов из тушек птицы содержит ра.му 1, смонтированные на ней стол, цепной конвейер 3 с за.х- ватами дл ног птицы, дисковый нож 5 и прижимное приспособление 6. За дисковым ножом 5 установлен расклинивающий элемент 7 с заостренной передней кромкой, при этом грани его клиновидных выступов образуют с плоскостью стола острый угол. Прижимное приспособление выполнено в виде нескольких прессующих валиков, смонтированных на раме 1 на подпружиненных подвесках 9, приче.м первый по ходу перемещени тушки валик 10 установлен с возможностью качательного движени , а остальные собраны в блок 12, расположенный под углом к плоскости стола.
