Description
The invention relates to an ICT technique and can be used as a generator of square pulses in various industrial electronics and automation devices, in television engineering.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of generated pulses in the direction of low frequencies,
The drawing shows an electrical circuit of a pulse generator.
16.The pulse generator contains a bridge circuit including an RC circuit consisting of series-connected resistors 1 and a capacitor 2, a resistive voltage divider on resistors 3 and 4, and a null-organ on transistor 5 of p-type conduction, the base of which is connected to the cathode of diode 6, the anode of which is connected to the midpoint of the RC circuit, and the emitter to the midpoint of the resistive divider. The collector of the transistor 5 is connected to the base of the transistor 7 of the same conductivity type and through series-connected resistors 8 and 9 to the power supply bus 10. The collector of transistor 7 is connected to the power supply bus 10, and the emitter is connected to the first output of the resistive divider on resistors 3 and 4. The base of the third transistor 11 of the opposite conductivity type is connected to the connection point of resistors 8 and 9. The emitter of the transistor 11 is connected to the power supply bus 10, and the collector is connected via a parallel load resistor 12 and a circuit of a series-connected diode 13 and resistor 14 connected to a common bus 15, to which the second output of the resistive divider on resistors 3 and 4 is also connected. diode 13 and resistor 14 is connected to the second capacitor plate 2 RC circuit. The collector of the transistor 11 is also connected to the output bus 16.
The generator works as follows.
When the power is turned on, transistors 5 and 11 are closed, transistor 7 is open, and on resistors 3 and 4 almost the entire voltage of the power supply drops. The capacitor 2 is charged through the resistors 1 and 14, while the diode 13 is closed. When the voltage of the capacitor 2 exceeds the voltage on the resistor 4, the generator is transferred to another voltage.
2,When the transistor 5 is open, the transistor 7 is closed and the voltage across resistors 3 and 4 is low. When opening transistor 5, transistor 11 becomes saturated and capacitor 2 recharges along the circuit: power line 10, transition emitter-collector of transistor 11, diode 13, capacitor 2,
диод 6, переход база-эмиттер транзистора 5, резистор 4, обща шина 15, в результате чего втора обкладка конденсатора приобретает положительный потенциал, близкий напр жению питани , С уменьшением тока зар да конденсатора 2 транзистор 5 начинает запиратьс и генератор перебрасываетс в другое состо ние, при котором транзисторы 5 и 11 закрыты, а транзистор 7 открыт, С закрыванием транзистора 11 положительно зар женна втора обкладка конденсатора 2 заземл етс через резистор 14, а к диоду 6 прикладываетс отрицательноеdiode 6, base-emitter junction of transistor 5, resistor 4, common bus 15, as a result of which the second capacitor plate acquires a positive potential close to the supply voltage. With a decrease in the charge current of the capacitor 2, the transistor 5 starts to lock and the generator is transferred to another state whereby transistors 5 and 11 are closed and transistor 7 is open, With the closing of transistor 11, the positively charged second plate of capacitor 2 is grounded through resistor 14 and negative is applied to diode 6
Again, capacitor 2 is charged through resistors 1 and 14, but from the indicated negative voltage to positive voltage
на резисторе 4, поэтому врем зар дки , а следовательно, и период между импульсами увеличиваютс .on the resistor 4, therefore, the charging time, and hence the period between pulses, is increased.
16.Since the voltage at the midpoint of the resistive divider is about half the supply voltage, the period between pulses can be increased by a factor of 2-3 without increasing the capacitor 2 capacitance time of the driving circuit. The introduction of an additional transistor 1 1 slightly complicates the oscillator circuit and, in addition to expanding the frequency range, makes it possible to obtain rectangular pulses of positive polarity on the output bus 16. Diode 13 prevents capacitor 2 from discharging through resistor 12 and provides a square waveform on bus 16.
