Description
The invention relates to welding production, in particular, to devices for arc welding, and can be used for automatic and semi-automatic welding or fusion welding.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение срока службы мундштука и повышение удобства его обслуживани .The aim of the invention is to increase the life of the mouthpiece and increase the convenience of its service.
FIG. 1 schematically depicts a current-carrying mouthpiece with an electromagnetic pusher; in fig. 2 - the same, with a spring pusher.
The mouthpiece contains (Fig. 1) a housing 1, in the cavity of which a bark 2 is installed with an opening for the passage of electrode wire 3 and a current-carrying element 4, made in the form of wire segments assembled in a straight bundle, fixed by a codec in the holder 5. Holder 5 made of, for example, a copper-graphite material, ensures reliable electrical contact with the housing 1. The free ends of the bundle of wires of the current-conducting element 4 abut against the walls of the conical cavity of the tip 6 screwed into the housing 1. The coil is capable of adjusting the position of the coil of the electromagnet 7. A sleeve 8 with a channel and nozzle 9 is installed on the housing 1 to supply protective gas. 11. The position of the nozzle 11 relative to the end face of the tip 6 in the axial direction is adjusted and fixed with a screw.
1 ,The current-carrying mouthpiece (Fig. 2) can be made with a straight pusher. The compression spring 12 is installed in the cavity of the housing 1 in such a way that one end rests on the bottom of the cavity of the housing 1, a. the second is in the holder 5 of the current-carrying element 4. The spring compression force is controlled by the tip 6 by screwing it into the housing 1,
Tokopodvod pschy mouthpiece works as follows.
When the electromagnet 7 is de-energized, or the spring pressure for the second variant is weakened by unscrewing the tip 6, the electrode wire passes through the tip guide hole

Во втором варианте это достигаетс при завинчивании наконечника вследствие действи пружины нажати .to form the desired overhang, after which the voltage is applied to the winding of the electromagnet 7, its measles 2. is drawn in and moves towards the tip 6 of the current-carrying holder 5 with a wire bundle of the current-carrying element 4. In this case, the free ends of the wire bundle interact with the walls of the conical cavity of the tip 6, the beam is compressed, and the ends of the wires are pressed against the electrode wire, which ensures reliable electrical contact. In the second embodiment, this is achieved when the tip is screwed in due to the spring action.
Subsequently, the welding voltage is applied to the body of the mouthpiece and to the part to be welded. At the same time, in the process of welding or surfacing, the current passes through the body circuit — the sliding contact — the holder — the wire bundle of the current-carrying element — the electrode wire — the part to be welded.
Однако под действием толкател (электромагнита или пружины сжати ) державка с пучком проволочек по мере его износа автоматически перемещаетс к наконечнику , обеспечива тем самым посто нное усилие прижати токоподвод щего элемента к электродной проволоке .During long-term operation due to friction, the wire bundle wears out and its length decreases. However, under the action of the pusher (electromagnet or compression spring), the wire bundle holder automatically moves to the tip as it is worn, thereby providing a constant force to press the current-conducting element to the electrode wire.
0The process of self-regulation of electrical resistance in a contact takes place almost to the full length of the wire-carrying wire. At the same time, the location of the electromagnet winding is periodically changed or the pressing spring is pressed. Unscrew the wire after full wear

II
The use of the proposed mouthpiece allows significantly increased. The life of the mouthpiece is due to the fact that the allowable wear of the wires of the current-carrying element is several centimeters in length. The increase in the service life is also achieved due to the constant electrical contact and the constant area of this contact, which provides a facilitated temperature mode of contact operation, and, consequently, leads
к уменьшению скорости износа токо- подвод щего элемента.to reduce the wear rate of the current-carrying element.
