Abstract
дThe invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of soil destruction and reduce the damage to the separated root and tuber crops due to partial mixing and dispersing it across the width of the separator. Undermined soil layer enters the disks 2, mounted on the shafts 3 of the first section. The soil layer is partially loosened and transferred to the second section. Due to the arrangement of the blades of the disks 2 of each section, except for the last, along a helix with a reduction angle to its sidewalls, the soil layer receives, in addition to the longitudinal and transverse movement. This increases the loosening rate by increasing the residence time of the reservoir on the separator. In addition, in the rotary separator, the winding direction in each of the two adjacent sections is mutually opposite. For a uniform supply of the mass to be separated, the subsequent working bodies adjacent the blades of the adjacent disks of the last section are located along a straight line. 1 h. n. f-ly, 3 ill. i (L with O 4 Fig.d
Description
Изобретение относитс к отрасли сельскохоз йственного машиностроени , в частности к машинам дл уборки корнеклубнеплодов .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to machines for harvesting root and vegetable crops.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of destruction overnight, reduce the damage to the separated root and tuber crops by partially moving and dispersing it to the base of the separator and uniformly supplying the enriched mass to the next part, and the working bodies.
FIG. 1 shows a rotanonion separator, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - view of the separator disk section.
P-otsionny separator contains an inclined frame 1, bladed disks 2, rigidly mounted on the shafts 3, forming sections, installed in the supporting bearings.
Single points of adjacent blades of neighboring disks 2 of each shaft are located but with a multiple helix. Yixx of lifting each helix, along which the blades of the disks 2 of each shaft 3 are located, is reduced from the middle of the section to its horses, and the direction of rolling in each of the two axes, anih sections, is mutually opposite. Adjacent lobes of adjacent disks 2 of the last section are located on the front line.
ч.Rotanion separator works as follows.
The undermined soil nlast enters the discs 2 fixed on the shafts 3 of the first section, partially loosened and transmitted to the second section. Due to the location of the blades of the disks of each section, except for the last, but the helix with the cleverly abutting to the sidewalls ANGLES its layer is post
можности увеличени окружной скорости дисков без увеличени скорости нродвиже- ни подкопанной массы вдоль сепаратора.in addition to the longitudinal and lateral movement, you increase its degree of loosening by increasing the time spent on the senarator and, correspondingly, changing the duration of the next to the separated mass, as well as by achieving alternating forces applied in this case to the reconstructed formation nights In addition, the transverse displacement of the nlast allows one to increase the impact of the undermined night on the basis of the possibility of increasing the circumferential speed of the disks without increasing the velocity of the subdivided mass along the separator.
