Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, в частности к машинам дл сбора сем н при очесе растений на корню. Цель изобретени - повьшение эффективности работы и снижение потерь сем н в процессе уборки. Устройство состоит Из рамы, на которой попарно в р д расположены очесывающие барабаны (ОБ). Кажда пара ОБ размещена в перфорированном кожухе. На поверхности ОБ диаметрально закреплены две эластичные лопасти 7 и 8. Перпендикул рно им установлены две осис На этих ос х щарнирно закреплены пальцы 15, фиксируемь е пружинами. Длина пальцев I5 превьшает половину межосевого рассто ни пары ОБ. Это позвол ет очесывать внутреннюю часть куста растений . Пальцы 15 в передней части машины подпружинены с меньшим усилием, чем в задней. Это позвол ет постепенно прочесывать ленту растений и уменьшать ударные нагрузки. Устройство содержит пневмотранспортер с патрубком . При движении устройства вдоль р дков делители формируют растени в ленту и направл ют их в зону очеса между парой ОБ. Воздействие на растени как лопастей, так и пальцев обеспечивает эффективный очес внутри и с краев ленты. Устройство состоит из рамы , на которой расположены попарно в р д очесывающие барабаны 2, причем кажда пара барабанов заключена в перфорированный защитный кожух 3. В верхней части рамы 1 установлен приемный патрубок 4 пневмотранспортера а в передней - шарнирно закреплены делители 5. В задней части рамы 1 расположены механизмы 6 привода очесывающих барабанов 2. На поверхности барабана 2 диаметрально закреплены две эластичные лопасти 7 и 8 и перпендикул рно им установлены в проушинах 9-12 две оси 13 и 14, на которых шарнирно закреплены пальцы 15 фиксируемые пружинами 16 в радиальном положении. Один конец пружины жестко закреплен на оси 13 или 14, а второй расположен на тьшьной стороне пальца 15. Жесткость пружин измен етс путем проворачивани осей 13 и 14 в ту или другую сторону, дл чего один конец оси снабжен шлице- вым пазом под отвертку, а в проушинах 9-12 установлены фиксаторы 17.
