Abstract
I (ЛThe invention relates to tool steels for the manufacture of hot stamping tool parts. The purpose of the invention is to improve the mechanical properties at 700-900 ° C and operational durability. The goal is achieved by the fact that die-casting steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, copper, aluminum, titanium, calcium, rare earth metals and iron also contains zirconium and boron in the following ratio, wt.%: Carbon 0.27-0.34; manganese 0.55 - 1.2; silicon 0.2-0.8; chromium 1.3-1.7; Nickel 0.7-1.5; molybdenum 0.65-1.2; vanadium 0.35-0.65; copper 0.15-0.35; aluminum 0.01-0.03; titanium 0.05-0.17; calcium 0.02-0.05; rare earth metals 0.02-0.07; zirconium 0.12 - 0.35; boron 0.003-0.02; iron - the rest. 2 tab. Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to die steels for hot deformation. . The purpose of the invention is to improve the mechanical properties at 700-900 ° C and the service resistance of steel.
1.The chemical composition of the investigated steels is given in Table 1.
2.Mechanical and operational properties of the proposed and known steels are presented in table 2.

From the data of Table 2, it can be seen that the proposed steel possesses higher and more stable indicators of endurance and hardness than is known. The increased heat resistance of the proposed steel makes it possible to test it for the manufacture of forging, pressing and some types of cutting tools, molds and dies.
