Description

п.The proposed method differs from the known methods for measuring time-varying changes in electrical quantities, such as current, voltage or power, in that an electrical measuring device with a readout time longer than the monitored process is used as a meter, and the current value is determined by the first maximum mobile deviation instrument systems, fixed, for example, by recording the movement of an arrow with ink or mechanical pressure of an arrow, etc.

The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a measurement setup for carrying out the proposed method.

Measurements are made with a conventional electromagnetic ammeter or voltmeter with a device for fixing the maximum deviation of the arrow. When a ground fault occurs, a zero-sequence voltage UQ arises and the voltage voltage relay operates, which turns on the time relay with two additional normally open contacts. The relay is self-holding and switches on a voltmeter B. After a specified time, the driver of the relay is clamped by the contact of the same relay and the circuit returns to its original position. The contact of the relay RV in the voltmeter circuit is introduced for detuning from the aperiodic component of the voltage and from the action of the arresters.

Fixing the maximum deviation of the arrow can be performed in different ways, in particular, with the help of a mechanical clamp. However, it is more expedient to commit by recording using a pen or other similar element. With this design, it is possible to simply fix the stresses with several short circuits using the SB solenoid, which at the moment of returning the circuit to the initial position moves the paper for the next recording.
