Abstract
Изобретение позвол ет повысить точность измерений в способе определени качественных характеристик волокнистых материалов. Образец волокон кенафа посто нной массы помещают в камеру 3, уплотн ют механизмами 4 и 5, сжимают поршн ми 6 и 7 до определенной объемной плотности, при которой пропускают через образец зву-, ковые колебани с частотой 100-175 Гц, созданные генератором 1 и излучателем 2. Звуковые колебани , прошедшие через образец волокон, преобразуютс приемником 8 в электрические колебани . Сигнал U с выхода приемника 8, пропорциональный давлению .; звуковых колебаний,прошедших через образец волокна, поступает в блок 9. С выхода последнего сигнал поступает в вычислительный блок 10, в котором реализуетс вычисление по формуле + а, fnU, где F - разрывна нагрузка волокон; а„ и а - посто нные коэффициенты, определ емые при градуировке прибора. Сигнал с выхода блока 10 поступает в блок 11 индикации , где фиксируетс на цифровом табло . 1 ил.
