This invention relates to medicine, in particular to devices for removing tumors from tubular organs.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the trauma during the circular excision of the tissues on the inner walls of the internal organs and to account for the possibility of visual inspection through a bronchoscope.
Fig. 1 shows an endoscopic knife with triangular teeth, a general view; figure 2 - endoscopic knife with a curved cutting edge.
The knife consists of a tube 1 with an emphasis

Before cutting the growths, the knife is thrust forward, the depth of the knife in tissue growths is regulated by the stop 2. By turning the bronchoscope with the knife extended with the help of stop 2 clockwise and pushing it forward, the cicatricial growths are cut off with the cutting edge. The stop 2 in this case allows control of the centering of the knife in the lumen of the hollow organ.
Change of standard tubes with worn knives on them consistently
the increasing diameter allows for layer-by-layer cutting of tissue, thereby increasing the lumen of hollow organs to the required size. Through the inner tube of the bronchoscope, blood, clots and sheared tissues are aspirated.
