Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, to presses of agricultural crops.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the boot device.

The loading device comprises a frame 1, on which a press chamber 2 is mounted on top. In the lower part of the chamber there is a loading window 3, which is adjoined by a loading chamber 4, made in the form of a curved channel 5 having grooves 6 on the upper plane for passage of the teeth 7 comb 8. The gear comb 8 is fixed at the ends of two levers 9, each of which is pivotally connected to the pins 10 of the cranks 1 1 fixed on the shaft 12, which is mounted in bearings 13 fixed on the frame 1. The device works as follows.
During operation, the rotation from the tractor's power take-off shaft is transmitted through the cardan gear 25, the shaft 24, and the belt drive. the transmission 23, the gearbox 22 and the chain transmission 20 to the shaft 12. From the shaft 12 through the connecting rod 31, the lever 30 and the connecting rod 29, the movement is transmitted to the piston 28, together with it a reciprocating movement. From the same shaft 12 with the help of the crank 11 is set in motion the boot device.
When the machine moves along a hay roll or a straw, a tooth comb 10 8 with its teeth 7 moving along the trajectory N moves the harvest weight picked up by the picker J to the press chamber 2, where it is pressed by the piston 28 reciprocating.
The toothed comb 8 is driven by the levers 9, which, resting on the rollers 14, rolls over them, and the rollers 15 press the levers 9 to the support rollers 14 by means of springs 18. When the levers 9 move, each roller 14 and 15 the roller rolls over the entire mating surface without slipping, thereby avoiding abrasion of the surfaces of the rollers 14 and 15 and the levers 9.

Thus, the invention makes it possible to increase the productivity of the maschina by increasing the reliability of the loading device, which eliminates the possibility of abrasion of the mating surfaces of the roller and the lever.

Claims (3)

1. LOADING DEVICE FOR SUBMITTING MATERIAL TO THE PRESSING CHAMBER, containing a feed fork comb mounted on levers pivotally connected to the trunnions of the drive shaft mounted on the frame of the pressing chamber, as well as guide rollers mounted on the frame, for which the lever in order to increase reliability in operation, the device is equipped with additional guide rollers, and each lever is installed between the main and additional rollers.
2. The device according to π. 1, characterized in that one of the rollers is mounted on the frame using a pivotally mounted bracket on it and is spring loaded relative to the frame in the direction of the lever.
