1The JV Invention relates to agriculture, namely to chemical means of pre-harvest processing of cotton for the purpose of defoliation or desiccation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of defoliation and desiccation. Example 1.4 kg of chlorate was dissolved in 80 l of water with stirring and 8 kg of nitroammophos was added to the resulting solution. The volume of solution is up to 100 liters. The resulting solution is treated with 1 hectare of cotton crops. Example 2 A formulation is prepared as in Example 1, but the amounts of magnesium chlorate are 6 kg, and the nitroammophos 9 kg. Example 3. The composition is prepared as in Example 1, but the amounts of magnesium chlorate are 8 kg and the nitroammophos 10 kg. Example 4. The composition was prepared analogously to example 1, but the amount of magnesium chlorate was 10 kg, and nitroammophos 12 kg. Example 5. The composition is prepared as in Example 1, but the amounts of magnesium chlorate are 11 kg, and for 1 Stroammophos, 13.5 kg. Example 6. The composition is goto t as in Example 1, but the amount of magnesium chlorate is 12 kg, and that of nitroammophos is 15 kg. In tab. 1 shows the results of tests defolirovaniya activity of the proposed composition in comparison with magnesium chlorate, as well as a mixture of magnesium chlorate with ammophos. The degree of leaf fall (st.o,% was determined by the formula: s ,,,, - 2- | -.1oo, where a is the total number of leaves on the plant before processing, pieces; 500 b is the number of leaves remaining on the plant by day From the data in Table 1, it can be seen that using a composition containing magnesium chlorate 8 kg / ha and nitroammophos 8 kg / ha, the necessary effect of cotton defoliation is not achieved. The use of a mixture containing magnesium chlorate 8 kg / ha and nitroammophos 10 kg / ha, leads to desiccation of cotton plants. Composition containing magnesium chlorate (4-8) and nitroam Mofos (8-10) shows a higher defoliating activity than magnesium chlorate (12 kg / ha) or magnesium chlorate mixed with ammophos (7: 10 kg / ha, respectively). Table 2 shows the tests of the proposed composition as a cotton desiccant in comparison with magnesium chlorate, as well as a mixture of magnesium chlorate with ammonium nitrate. From the data in Table 2 it follows that when using a composition with a content of magnesium chlorate 12 kg and nitroammophos 15 kg, the degree of desiccation is 100.% however, there are fewer fallen leaves than for the composition containing of chlorate and magnesium nitroammophos at a ratio of (10-12) :( 12-15). This suggests that the quality of desiccation when applying the composition with the specified ratio of components above. A significant part of the leaves of cotton falls and thus, the cotton fiber is of a higher quality (not clogged by the remains of dried leaves). The results of Table 2 show that the composition based on magnesium chlorate and nitroammophos supplements more effectively than the composition containing magnesium chlorate and ammonium nitrate.
