The aim of the invention is to reduce the treatment time and lengthen the repair of the version. The method is carried out as follows. in a way. During the procedure, the hydrophilic strip of the electrodes is moistened with salt and acTBopoM, for example, physiological. After that, 2-7 pcs of electrodes with hydrophilic moistened membranes are placed around the perimeter of the projection of the internal organs or along the stimulated neuromuscular structures or at the pain points of the nerve-muscle structures and fixed on the surface of the underlying tissues using elastic bandages (bundles), having on the ends of the textile fastener of fleecy synthetic fabric. The procedure is carried out using a single-channel electrostimulator, made in the form of a voltage generator with mains supply or from an autonomous current source; battery BATAR or a galvanic cell. The stimulating electrical signal is emitted as a series of bursts of pulses, the envelope of which has the form of exponential with a smoothly increasing front gentle front. It is formed from packs of sinusoidal damped pulses filled with a carrier frequency of 1 10 kHz, the damping amplitude and the amplitudes of the decay pulses filled with a carrier frequency of 1 10 kHz, the attenuation amplitude and the duration of the pulses of the decaying pulses filled with a carrier frequency of 1 10 kHz, the attenuation amplitude and the duration of the pulses of the decaying pulses filled with a carrier frequency of 1 10 kHz, the attenuation amplitude and the duration of the pulses from the electrical resistance of the underlying tissues at the locations of the electrodes. Corresponding potentiometers are provided for adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the following generated pulses, as well as the pause between a series of pulses. The output signal is monitored by a light indicator. The procedure of electrostimulation with one or several pairs of electrodes, alternately connected to a single-channel pulse generator during the pauses between, p and the stimulus signals, creates the effect of a running stimulus signal that ensures the active reduction of the neuromuscular structures of the underlying tissues in accordance with the following trajectory running stimulating signal. The amplitude steepness of the amplification of the stimulating signal, its sending duration, pause, and the frequency of the pulsing of pulses from which the stimulating signal is formed are adjusted by means of corresponding regulators, such as potentiometers, to achieve deep and strong neuropathy. -muscular structures of organs under physiologically comfortable conditions of the procedure. For periodical moistening of hydrospace pads during long electrostimulation procedures or when they are repeated many times during the day, when the electrodes are frozen for a long period on the underlying tissues, self-wetting hydrophilic pads are used. By means of a central tube with lateral branches, an internal diameter of 3-5 mm, they are connected to a sealing elastic reservoir, into which a wetting solution is poured. The central tube is clamped by means of a clamp, which is released during the wetting process of the hydrophilic projects. The elastic reservoir is compressed to force the brine under pressure. Example 1 “Stimulation of the lumbosacral region in the treatment of radiculitis. The patient is placed on a medical couch or on a bed. Two electrodes with wetted hydrophilic pads are fixed on pain points in the lumbosacral region. The procedure is carried out with the help of a single-channel electrolyte of the tuller, finished. by adjusting the power and duration of the stimulus signal, as well as the frequency of the pulse trains and the pause of active contraction of the neuromuscular structures of the underlying tissues under physiologically comfortable conditions of the procedure. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. The usual course of treatment is 6-12 procedures per day. If, after 6–12 procedures, a reduction in the intensity of pain and restoration of motor functions is noted, the course of treatment can be continued up to 20–30 procedures. For inpatient patients. In the treatment of sciatica with severe pain, 3-6 procedures are performed during the day, depending on the intensity and duration of pain. Example 2. Electrostimulation of the bladder during urination disorders. Electrodes with moistened hydrophilic pads are placed and fixed: No.1 - in the central part of the perineum, the anus and sexual organ; No. 2 — above the upper edge of the pubic joint; Nos. 3, 4 and 5 with equal intervals along the axial line of the lower abdomen, extending from the pubis to the umbilical cord; Nos. 6 and 7 at the level of both perineum at the front of it, the rim of the long adductor thigh muscle. Procedures are carried out according to the method described in Example 1. Duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes; 2-3 courses of treatment are recommended for 6-12 procedures performed 3-6 times a week with a maximum interval between courses. Example 3. Electrostimuli in the treatment of bilateral neurosensory deafness and deafness. Rod electrodes with a diameter of 1–1.5 mm, with an elastic tube with a diameter of 3–4 mm, placed inside it, inside which a tampon was placed with a moistened saline solution, were carefully inserted into the external auditory canal of the left and right ear. In the way that . the end of a cotton ball slightly touched the eardrum. The power of the stimulating signal is gradually increased until a sensation of vibration of the surface of the tongue appears. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes. It is recommended to periodically conduct treatments after 3-6 months for 5-10 procedures. Example 4. Electrostrokes of the neuromuscular structures of the musculoskeletal system in stationary patients with complicated diseases (paralysis, multiple sclerosis). Electrodes in the amount of 7 pieces are placed and fixed; along the centerline of the spinal column, 3 pcs., at the motor points of the upper and lower extremities 4 pcs. Procedures are carried out using self-moistened hydrophilic gaskets. The power of the stimulating signal is gradually increased within a fixed maximum value. Duration of procedures 1-10 hours with physiological interruptions 1560 minutes. The course of treatment is 30-60 procedures performed 5-6 times a week. Example 5. Electrostimulation of the neuromuscular structures of the eye in patients with primary open-angle graucoma and some forms of retinal degeneration. Two electrodes each with a diameter of 3 cm with wetted hydrophilic pads are placed in orbital spaces in direct contact with the eye block. The power of the stimulating signal is gradually increased until the appearance of a light perception of the blue background, rainbow sparks and sensation of the vessels of the posterior wall of the eye. The course of treatment is 10-20 procedures lasting 10-15 minutes, carried out 2-3 times a week.
