This invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used to measure fluid flow rates. An ultrasonic flowmeter is known that contains two pairs of reversible electroacoustic transducers connected to the excitation and information processing units Cl3. The disadvantage of this known flow meter is low measurement accuracy. The closest to the invention is an ultrasonic flowmeter containing two reversible electroacoustic transducers attached to the pipeline. two sync rings, each of which consists of a series-connected amplifier, form the first match circuit, the trigger generator, the second match circuit and the one-shot, as well as the third and fourth match patterns, the second trigger, pulse counter, frequency ' and the frequency difference selection unit, and in each sync loop the second trigger output is connected to the second input the first matching circuit, the second input of the second matching circuit is connected to the output of the former, and the one-shot output to the control input of the generator, in addition, the inputs of the third and fourth. coincidence circuits are connected, respectively, to the outputs of the formers and generators of the corresponding sync rings, their first outputs are connected to the inputs of the second trigger, and the second to the inputs of the frequency difference selection block, the outputs of the third trigger are connected to the control inputs of the trigger sync rings, and the pulse counter is to the second output of the fourth coincidence circuit. However, the indicated flow meter has a large error in accuracy and low speed. The large measurement error is due to the presence of a synchro-trigger start delay, with the exception of the moment of pulses coinciding, resulting in a change in the average 17O during the measurement of the circulation period, the error value decreases with decreasing delay value. But in reality, the delay should be chosen based on the magnitude of the damping time of the piezoceramic oscillations after it is excited to the required level. In real systems, the decay time can be 50–200 µs. A low response rate is due to small values of the difference frequency, for which an accurate measurement requires a large measurement time, which can lead to an additional increase in the error. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and speed. The goal is achieved by the fact that an ultrasonic flow meter containing fixed on the measurement. In the pipeline section, two reversible electroacoustic transducers are included in the circuit of two synchro rings, each of which consists of a series-connected amplifier, a former, a first coincidence circuit, a generator, a trigger, a second coincidence and a single vibrator, and a third and fourth coincidence circuit, the second trigger and the block in the differential clock; tota, and in each sync loop, the second trigger output is connected to (the second input of the first coincidence circuit, the second input of the second coincidence circuit is connected to you one shaper, one-shot output - to the control input of the generator, and the inputs of the third and fourth coincidence circuits are connected to the outputs of the drivers and generators of the corresponding sync ring, their outputs are connected to the counting input of the second trigger, the outputs of which are connected to the trigger outputs of the trigger signal, are additionally equipped with two measuring circuits, each of which contains a phase discriminator connected in series, a controlled oscillator, a inhibitor circuit and a divider, and in each enu input of the phase discriminator is connected to the generator output and a control input circuit ban - corresponding to the output of the monostable sinhrokoltsa, the output of the controllable oscillator is coupled to one input of block vzdeleni frequency difference. Figure 1 shows the block diagram of the device; figure 2 - the timing diagram of the work. The flow meter consists of a measuring section of pipeline 1, two reversible electroacoustic transducers 2 and 3, two sync ring circuits including generators 4 and 5, first coincidence circuits 6 and 7, second coincidence circuits 8 and 9, drivers 10 and 11, amplifiers 12 and 13, the first triggers 14 and 15, the single-vibration 16 and 17, as well as the third 18 and fourth 19 coincidence circuits, the second trigger 20, phase discriminators 21 and 22, frequency dividers 23 and 24, prohibition circuits 25 and 2b, control generators 27 and 28 and a frequency difference allocation unit 29. The device operates as follows. zom. The impulse of the generator 4 (fig. 2a) goes to the transducer 3, which 20 Herr emits an ultrasonic pulse along the flow. Passing through the measuring medium, a pulse is fed to the transducer 2 and amplified by usi. 12. A rectangular pulse formed by shaper 10 has duration G (Fig. 26) greater than the duration of the pulse, generator 4. The pulse front of shaper 10 starts matching circuit 6 with generator 4, then the process repeats. The trigger 14 is in such a state that the circuit from the inlet 6 transmits and the coincidence circuit 8 does not. Transmits the impulse from the former 10. The impulse from the generator 5 (fig.2z) goes to the converter 2, which emits an impulse against the flow . A pulse is received by converter 3, amplified by amplifier 13, formed by shaper 1I into a rectangular pulse of duration T (Fig. 2i). The pulse front of the imaging unit 11 starts the generator 5 through the coincidence circuit 7, then the process repeats. The trigger 15 is in such a state that the coincidence circuit 7 misses, and the coincidence circuit 9 does not transmit the pulses of the former 11. When the medium moves through the flow transducer. The circulation frequency in the synchro rings will be different by g, which is proportional to the speed of the measured velocity. . V. 514 When the pulse of the generator 4 coincides with the pulse of the I1 generator, the output of the circuit is the same. Day 19, a pulse is generated that flips the trigger 20, operating in counting mode, to another state. The pulses of the trigger 20 (FIG. 2e) overturn the trigger 14 to a state in which the scheme coincides with 8 pulses of the driver 10 to the one-shot 16, and the circuit is the same. Day 6 does not transmit the pulses of the generator 10 to the input of the generator 4. The single-oscillator 16 is triggered by a pulse of the coincidence circuit 8 and generates a pulse with a duration of 7-2 hours (Fig. 2g). A pulse 4 of the one-shot 16 starts a generator 4, the pulse of which returns the trigger 14 to the initial state, and the operation of the syncroix repeats cyclically. In the absence of a one-shot pulse 16, the prohibition circuit 25 transmits pulses of a controlled generator 27 (FIG. 2c) to the input of divider 23, Phase discriminator 21 analyzes the relative temporal position of the pulses arriving at it from generator 4 and divider 23 (FIG. 2d), and generates a control signal of the controlled oscillator 27 in such a way that the frequency at the output of the divider 23 is equal to the frequency of the oscillator 7 and the phase difference of these signal lines is constant. With the exclusion of the moment of coincidence, the pulse of the generator 4, which arrives at one of the inputs of the phase discriminator 21, abruptly changes its temporary position by. 2a). A pulse of duration 2, generated by the one-shot 16, is fed to the inhibitor circuits 25, prohibiting the passage of pulses from the controlled generator 27 (FIG. 2B) to the input of the divider 23 during the pulse, thereby delaying the pulse at the output of the splitter 23 by the value (FIG. where T (p is the period of the frequency of the controlled oscillator 27, reducing the phase mismatch to the value of + T (, ". tj. The second synchro-ring works in a similar way when reversing the flow. Signals from the controlled oscillators 27 and 28 go to the unit differential separation
