The invention relates to a device for grinding materials and can be used in the food industry and agriculture. Known hammer crusher, containing a housing with a rotor that is installed concentrically with a sieve, has an opening in the top / side, against which a feed opening is located, with the side walls of the housing pivotally attached to the bottom of the housing l. The disadvantage of this crusher is the formation of an uneven aerodynamic field, which creates resistance to the output of material and air from the sieve holes, which leads to a decrease in the performance of the separation process and an increase in specific energy consumption. Closest to the present invention is a hammer crusher containing a crushing chamber in which a rotor, a sieve, a deck, grating KaMetsa, loading and unloading devices 2 are installed. A disadvantage of the known crusher is the low efficiency of material separation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the separation of the material. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a hammer mill containing a crushing chamber in which a rotor, a sieve, a deck, a grating chamber, loading and unloading devices, the grating chamber wall opposite to the sieve, are made acon, the angle between the radial direction of the particles and the tangent to the opposing wall surface of the grate chamber exceeds the value of the friction angle between the material and the surface of the h. The inclination of a hundred can be made of a spherical shape. FIG. 1 shows the hammer crusher; view in FIG. 2 the same, with a spherical inclined wall. The hammer crusher consists of a crushing chamber 1, inside which rotor 2, deck 3 and sieve 4 are installed. The grate 5 is provided with a grid or a spherical wall 6. The lower part of the rent chamber contains a screw 7 for unloading the finished product, and in the upper part - dust separation Clause 8, made in the form of a series of inclined plates mounted at the air outlet to the filter 9, Crushing 1 and a grating 5 chambers communicate with each other via a return channel 10. The crusher is equipped with a bunker 11 and a flap 12. Crusher t following way. The material to be crushed from the hopper 1t through the valve 12 enters with the air into the crushing chamber 1, where the material is crushed under the action of a rotating hammer rotor 2, in cooperation with deck 3 and sieve 4. The crushed finished product passes through the air flow generated by the rotor sieve holes 4 and enters the grate chamber 5, where a sharp drop in pressure occurs due to its increased volume. At the same time, the energy of the moving particles of the finished product is extinguished by a slip of 6, the collision with which the particles due to the fact that the angle of the radial direction and the tangential opposite wall surface of the grate chamber exceeds the value of the friction angle between the material and the surface of the wall, lose energy and settle in the lower part of the chamber 5, from where the auger 7 is unloaded. The partial air partially through the channel 10 is returned to the crushing chamber 1, and its excess through the filter 9 is released into the atmosphere. By such an embodiment, the invention achieves an increase in the separation efficiency of the material.
