11 The invention relates to electrical equipment and can be used for the forced activation of executive electromagnetic devices of automation systems, in particular in the drive of engine brake systems with built-in electromagnetic brakes. A device is known for controlling an electromagnet whose winding is connected to an alternating current source through a rectifier containing a resistor connected in parallel to one another and a current-limiting capacitor shunted by a key semiconductor element, the control circuit of which includes a diode, a resistor and a capacitor shunted by another resistor l. The disadvantages of this device are the large size and weight of the current-limiting capacitor, leading to an increase in the size and weight of the entire device. This is because in the steady state operation of this device, the amplitude value of the voltage on the indicated capacitor is equal to the amplitude value of the voltage of the power source. As a result, the nominal voltage and, consequently, the weight and dimensions of the current-limiting capacitor in this device, proportional to it, are large in this device. It is also known a device for controlling an electromagnet, comprising a winding of an electromagnet, in parallel with which a first diode is connected, the anode of which is connected to one terminal of a power source, to another terminal of which a thyristor anode is connected, the control electrode of which is connected to the cathode of the second diode, the anode of which is connected to the first capacitor connected to the first resistor connected to the thyristor anode, the second resistor connected in parallel to the first capacitor, the second capacitor, the third resistor and the third iodo L2.Nedostatkami known apparatus are high power at rebl EMA electromagnet, and low reliability of the entire device. . In the established mode of operation of the known device power. 2 consumed by an electromagnet depends on the force coefficient, which is determined by the angle of control of the thyristor. The latter, in turn, is determined by the ratio between the resistance of the third resistor and the capacity of the second capacitor. To reduce the power consumed by the electromagnet, i.e. to obtain a large magnet of the current forcing force of the electromagnet, and, consequently, to increase the thyristor control angle, it is necessary to significantly increase the time constant of the third resistor circuit and the second capacitor, increasing the resistance of the third resistor and / or capacitance of the second capacitor, which leads to a decrease in the voltage of the second capacitor condenser. Since, in the steady state operation of this device, the current in the control electrode of the thyristor, which appears simultaneously with the onset of the charge of the second capacitor, is determined by the voltage of the latter, then, if it is necessary to provide large thyristor control angles, the voltage on the second capacitor, and hence the current in the thyristor electrode is insufficient to reliably open the thyristor, which causes a low reliability of the entire device. If it is necessary to obtain a greater reduction in the power consumed by the electromagnet, i.e. when an attempt is made to further increase the force ratio and, accordingly, increase the angle of thyristor control (for example, to values close to 180 °), the thyristor cannot be opened at all. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the power consumed by an electromagnet by increasing the force coefficient and increasing the reliability of its operation. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a forced electromagnet containing a winding, a thyristor, two capacitors, three resistors, three diodes, and outputs for connecting a power source, the first diode being connected in parallel to the electromagnet winding, the anode of the first diode is connected to one of the terminals connecting the power source, another output for connecting which is connected to the thyristor anode, the first resistor and the first capacitor, shunted by the second resistor, are connected in series and connected between the anode of the thyristor and The second diode, the cathode of which is connected to the thyristor control electrode and the third diode cathode, the second capacitor and the third resistor are connected in series and connected in parallel with the thyristor, the fourth diode is inserted, the fourth diode anode is connected to the thyristor cathode, the fourth thyristor cathode is connected to the cathode the house of the first diode, the anode of which is connected to the anode of the third diode. In the proposed electromagnet, in a steady state operation, the third diode, whose cathode is connected to the cathode of the second diode and, consequently, to the control electrode of the thyristor, separates the control electrode of the thyristor from the charge circuit of the second capacitor. The fourth diode separates the last charge circuit from the first diode and the electromagnet winding, preventing them from shunting the control electrode of the thyristor when the second capacitor discharges. In this case, the thyristor control junction is connected in series with the second diode and through the power source with the third resistor and the second capacitor. Thus, in the steady state operation of the electromagnet in the positive half-period of the voltage of the power source, the current in the control electrode of the thyristor is caused by the discharge current of the second capacitor and does not appear at the same time as the start of the charge of the second condenser), as occurs in known device, but only after the second capacitor is charged before the voltage of the power source and its discharge begins. This ensures obtaining greater angles of control of the thyristor and, consequently, the consumption of Lower power due to the higher rate of force of the electromagnet compared with the known device. In order to obtain the same thyristor control angle and forcing factor in the proposed electromagnet, due to the fact that the known higher power is required, lower resistance of the third resistor and / or capacitance of the second capacitor are compared to the known device. As a result, the voltage on the second capacitor and the discharge current determined by it, which opens the thyristor, are obviously greater than in the known device. This leads to an increase in the reliability of the opening of the thyristor, and operationally, and to an increase in the reliability of the operation of the entire electromagnet as a whole. On the other hand, this also causes a possibility. The speed of operation of the electromagnet is increased by increasing the force coefficient dB of values corresponding to large angles of control of the thyristor (for example, close to 180 °), which cannot be implemented at all in a known device. The drawing shows the principle-. Circuit diagram of an electromagnet with a force. A forced electromagnet includes a winding 1 of an electromagnet, in parallel with which the first diode 2 is connected. One of the clamps 3 of the obmbtki 1 connected to the first diode 2 is connected to the clamp 4 of the AC power supply through the fourth diode 5 and the thyristor 6. The control electrode 7 of the thyristor 6 is connected to the clamp 4 of the alternating current source through a series-connected second diode 8, first capacitor 9, shunted by the second resistor 10, and the first resistor I1. The cathode I2 of the third diode 13 is connected to the cathode 14 of diode 8, and the anode 15 of diode 13 is connected to the anode 16 of diode 2 and to clamp 17 of the alternating source. In parallel with the thyristor 6, a third resistor 18 and a second capacitor 19 are connected in series. The force-activated electromagnet works as follows. After connecting the AC power supply, the thyristor 6 during the charging time of the first capacitor 9 transmits the positive half-voltage of the power supply to the winding 1 of the electromagnet at small control angles. In this case, a large forcing current flows through the winding 1 of the electromagnet, under the action of which the electromagnet is quickly activated.
