ПЬЕЗОЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИЙ ВИБРАТОР, содержащий дискообразную кварцевую пластину, на торцах которой размещены кольцевой выступ из моноокиси кремния и электроды в ее центральной части, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения стабильности частоты выходного сигнала, кольцевой выступ выполнен в виде четырех секторов, между противолежащими и параллельными кромками которых нанесено металлическое покрытие из материала с температурным коэффициентом линейного расширения (ТКЛР), близким к ТКПР кварцевой пластины, при этом металлическое покрытие размещено симметрично относительно одной из главных кристаллографических осей кварцевой пластины.A Piezoelectric vibrator containing a disk-shaped quartz plate, at the ends of which there is an annular protrusion of silicon monoxide and electrodes in its central part, characterized in that, in order to increase the frequency stability of the output signal, the annular protrusion is made in the form of four sectors, between opposite and parallel edges which are coated with a metal coating of a material with a temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TEC) close to that of a quartz plate, while escheno symmetrically relative to one of the principal crystallographic axes of the quartz plate.
