A device for desalination of sea water, comprising a vertical cylindrical body with inlet and outlet nozzles for desalination water and heating steam, is housed in the body of a section of vertical evaporator tubes, mounted in tube grids, mounted above the sections for fluid flow, the bottoms of which are connected to upper tube sheet of the underlying section, heat exchange elements for preheating the raw seawater, pipes for draining condensate from each section, devices for feeding inert gas from the henny section to the bottom., pipes for connection to the vacuum system, system Z.,
The disadvantages of the known device are the problem of corrosion, since saline water is in direct contact with its walls, and insufficient purification of secondary steam, while it is impossible to obtain fresh water of high purity.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the size of the device and improve the quality of desalinated water by increasing the degree of purification of the secondary steam.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for desalination of sea water, containing a vertical cylindrical body with pipes for supplying and discharging desalination water and heating steam, are located in the. the body of the section of vertical evaporative tubes, mounted in tube sheets, mounted above the sections are tanks for liquid flow, the bottoms of which are connected to the upper tube sheet of the underlying section, heat exchange elements for heating the raw seawater, pipes for draining condensate from each section the inert gas from the upper section to the lower section and the pipes for connecting the walls of the tank for the flow of liquid to the vacuum system are attached to the lower tube sheet of the overlying section; openings for the release of secondary steam and are equipped with droplet separators installed in the holes, while the tanks are equipped with longitudinal partitions, pipes for draining condensate are made in the form of bellows, heat transfer elements for heating sea water are placed horizontally in the center of each section, and evaporation pipes are installed in tube sheets in the form of two beams, having in shape a cross-section of segments.

A device for desalination of sea water contains a vertical cylindrical body 1 with a sea water supply pipe 2, a pipe 3 for evaporating the brine and a pipe 4 for heating steam, a section of vertical evaporator pipes 5, fixed with upper ends in tube sheets b in the form of two beams having cross-sectional shape of the segments, tanks 7 for the flow of fluid, horizontal heat exchange elements 8 for preheating the raw seawater, pipes 9 for draining condensate, devices, for example, pipe 10, for bypassing nertnogo se1shii gases from one to another, the pipe 11 for connecting the device to a vacuum system 12 for .i -truby condensate flow between the sections. The walls of the tank 7 are attached to the tube sheet 13 of the overlying section, are made with openings 14 for the release of secondary steam and are equipped with drop separators 15 installed in the openings 14, in addition to which overflow barriers 16 are installed in the tanks 7. In the lower section there is a condenser 17 .
When the device is operated, the seawater enters from port 2 into the first tank 7, is poured through the partition 16 and is distributed through pipes 5 of the section operating at lower pressure. The pipes of this section are heated by the direct steam coming from the nozzle 4. This sharp steam is at the same time the coolant for the heat exchanging elements 8 of seawater. Due to this heating, the seawater is partially evaporated in the evaporator tubes 5 and the liquid-vapor mixture formed with the mixture is directed to the reservoir 7 of the underlying section, in which the vapor is separated from the liquid, and leaves through the holes 14, equipped with The next tank enters the evaporating tubes of the lower section.
