1 The invention relates to the area of a rock cutting tool, namely to crowns for drilling exploration wells in hard rocks. A boring crown is known, comprising a casing and rock-breaking elements concentrically located at the working end with a rectangular profile Cl. The disadvantage of it is the low efficiency of work on hard rock. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a diamond-crown diamond, containing a body and diamonds, holding a matrix with prominent concentric rock-breaking elements C23. The disadvantage of this crown is that, during the drilling process, its matrix wears unevenly, as a result of which the crown is prematurely worn out before the diamond-bearing layer is fully worked out. The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the crown by ensuring uniform distribution of the load on the rock-breaking elements. This is achieved by the fact that, in the diamond drill bit, comprising a housing and a diamond-containing matrix with prominent concentric rock-breaking elements, according to the invention, the rock-breaking elements are made of variable widths that increase from periphery to center and the width of the rock-breaking elements and their radius are related by , t, width of the 1st, 2nd, i-th p and rock-breaking elements, respectively; the radius of the location of the 1st-2nd, i-ro, and rock cutting elements, respectively. The drawing shows a General view of the crown in longitudinal section. The crown comprises a housing 1, a diamond containing a matrix 2, and rock-breaking elements 3 of variable width 76 increasing from the periphery to the center. In this case, the width of the concentrically located rock-breaking elements 3 is inversely proportional to the radii of their location, which is expressed by the dependence: t, r-t2r ... i.r., where t-; , tj) t; width of the 1st, 2nd and 1st row of rock cutting elements, mm, respectively; t r radius of location, respectively. 1st, 2nd and i-ro p and rock cutting elements, mm. Due to this form of the working face, when drilling with a crown, the axial load and friction work are uniformly distributed over all rock-breaking elements, as a result of which the crown is worked out evenly throughout the profile until the diamond-bearing layer is completely worn. Depending on the type of crowns, the rock-breaking elements 3 may have a rectangular shape or an equilateral trapezoid shape. The principle of operation of the crown is as follows. Under the action of axial load and torque, the rock is destroyed by the formation of annular grooves at the bottom, the protrusions between which are formed by the radial beating of the crown. The ratio between the width and radius of the rock-breaking element is selected on the basis of the conducted studies, the results of which are listed in the table.
When drilling with the proposed rock bit, the rock is effectively destroyed by all rock cutting elements. At the same time, the wear of the diamond-containing layer occurs evenly over the entire profile of the crown, as a result of which the crown armament is fully developed.
