This invention relates to industrial vehicles, namely vertical conveyors. A vertical conveyor is known, comprising a lower end drum mounted on a shaft which is mounted in movable bearings, an upper drive drum and encompassing their traction member 1. In said conveyor, the weight of the lower end drum is increased to provide tension to the pulling member. In addition, the elevator drive power is increased by increasing the moment of inertia of an end drum having an increased mass. Also known is a vertical conveyor comprising a base, an upper drum mounted on a shaft with the possibility of translational movement by means of a tensioning mechanism, a drive pulley fixed on the shaft of the upper drum and kinematically connected by a driving flexible element with a driving pulley of the drive, the lower drum and the traction body, the envelope of both drums 2. However, the known conveyor is not sufficiently reliable in operation, which is due to the presence of hydraulic equipment for the tensioning hydraulic cylinder. In addition, the power of the latter is increased due to the need to move the entire drive during tension of the traction member. The purpose of the invention is to increase operational reliability. The BVa Eva goal is achieved by the fact that the vertical conveyor includes a base, an upper drum mounted on a shaft with the possibility of translational movement by a tensioning mechanism, a drive pulley attached to the shaft of the upper drum and kinematically connected by a flexible drive element with a driving pinch of the drive, the lower drum and the traction body, enveloping both drums, is provided with an additional tensioning mechanism, made of a wheel on an axle, installed with the possibility of interaction with a driving flexible element, weights, replenished to the wheel axis, and a screw pair with a spring-loaded frame connected to the wheel axle with the possibility of reciprocating together with it a movement, with the nut of the screw pair fixed to the base, and the spring is located between the screw of the screw pair and the frame. The drawing shows a vertical conveyor. The vertical conveyor includes lower drum 1, traction device 2, upper drum 3, blocks 4 are installed on both ends of the shaft. On blocks 4, cables 5, enveloping supporting blocks 6 are fixed at one end. Other ends of cables 5 are fixed on the cargo area 7 The goods 8 are suspended from the opposite side. A drive pulley 9 is mounted on the shaft of the upper drum 3 and is covered by a flexible drive element, for example, a belt 10, the latter also covers the wheel 11 and the driving pulley 12. On the wheel axis I there are blocks 13, on which closed slivers cables 14 with goods wheel 15. The axis 11 is fixed on the frame 16 by a spring 17. The frame 16 is mounted on the base 18 through a screw pair, the nut 19 which is associated with a base 18. The apparatus operates as follows. Permanently mounted drive pin receives rotation from the engine (not shown). The belt 10 rotates through the wheel 11 to the drive pin 9, which transfers the rotation to the upper drum 3. Then, through the traction body 2, the rotation is transmitted to the lower drum 1. At the same time, the stretching of traction body 2 during operation is selected by moving the upper drum 3 upwards. constant force, acting vertically up from the cargo 8 by means of cables 5 through the supporting blocks 6 and blocks 4. mounted on the shaft of the upper drum 3. Installed on the same axis as the upper drum 3 of the drive jaw 9 with this nd also is moved up. Due to weights 15, constantly acting through the cables 14 and blocks 13 on the wheel 11, a force directed vertically downwards and necessary for tensioning the belt 10 is created. At the same time, the spring 17 interacting through the frame 16 with the wheel 11 prevents the belt 10 from overloading. Such an embodiment of the conveyor simplifies the design and reduces the power of the tensioning mechanism.
