The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in the design of repair and repair locking bodies of hydraulic turbines. A hydraulic turbine shutter is known, comprising a housing with a sealing element and a rotating disk installed in the housing with lateral bevels and sealing catches in contact with the sealing element when the valve is closed. tir. A disadvantage of the known design of the water turbine gate is that water leaks through a single seal come in during the repair of the turbine directly to the repair zone and to eliminate them, in order to increase labor safety, you need to drain the entire pressure pipe and several hydraulic turbines with one pressure pipe This causes unproductive, simple, serviceable hydraulic turbines. The purpose of the invention is to increase operational reliability. To achieve this goal, in a turbine valve, comprising a housing with a sealing element 1 and a rotary disk mounted in the housing with side bevels and a seal on the som, in contact with the sealing element when the valve is closed, the housing is equipped with a drain valve with an additional sealing element / element , and the disk, with an additional sealing ring and located between the channel channel itself, communicated in the closed position with the drainage pipe. In addition, the channel has longitudinal ribs. FIG. 1. shows the shutter of the turbine, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - view And figure 1. The turbine gate contains a housing 1 with a sealing element 2 and a rotary disk 3 installed in the housing 1 with side bevels 4 and a sealing pole 5 that contacts the sealing element 2 when the valve is closed. The housing 1 is equipped with a drainage pipe 6 with a valve 7 and an additional sealing element 8, and a disk 3 with an additional sealing port 9 and a through channel 10 located between 5 and 9 themselves, communicating with the valve in the closed position with the drainage pipe 6. In channel 10, a longitudinal channel is installed ribs 11. The shutter of the turbine works as follows. When the shutter is open, the disk 3 is in a horizontal position and, due to the presence of bevels 4 and channel 10, provides minimal resistance to the flow of water. When the shutter is operatively closed, the disk 3 rotates into a vertical position and is sealed by pressing the sealing element 2 of the housing 1 against the sealing ring of the disk 5 of the disk 3. At the same time, water leaks can flow into the valve into the flow part of the turbine. When carrying out repair work in the flow part of the turbine or in the water line behind the gate when the disk 3 is closed, additional sealing element 8 is pressed against its additional sealing ring 9 and valve 7 of the drainage pipe b is opened. At the same time, water leaks penetrating through the sealing section from 5 and element 2 through channel 10 flow through pipe b outside the flow part of the turbine, and sealing element 8 and from 9 prevent penetration of low-pressure leaks from channel 10 into the space behind the gate. The ribs 11 increase the hardness of the disk and laminate the flow of water in the channel 10, which helps to reduce hydraulic losses. Such an embodiment of the valve allows repair work in the flow section of the turbine without draining the pressure conduit due to the high reliability of the sealing operation and avoiding the ingress of water overflow into the flow section behind the valves.
