20%. . .This invention relates to a foundry, in particular Casting Underpressure of metals and alloys. There is a known method of pouring under pressure on a machine with a vertical compression chamber, which includes pouring the metal into the receiving cavity of the molding at a level below the filling hole and pressing it with a piston into the mold. In the pressing process, the stitching window is closed by a piston Ci ,. The disadvantage of this method is the greater consumption of metal per press residue. The closest to the invention is the method of injection molding which includes pouring metal into a vertical type pressing chamber and pressing it into a C2 mold. The disadvantage of this method is that during the movement of the metal through the pressing chamber during its pressing, the combustion products of the lubricant are kneaded into the metal, which negatively affects the quality of the casting. . The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of castings. This goal is achieved by agreeing to the method of pouring under pressure on a machine with a vertical pressing chamber, including pouring metal into the pressing chamber and pressing it into a mold, the metal after pouring is kept in the pressing chamber until the crust is pressed and pressed performed at a speed of 0.1-0.3 m / s. FIG. 1 shows an injection molding machine, the metal casting stage in FIG. 2 - the same, the stage of exposure of the metal; on fig.Z - overlapping casting hole; in fig. 4 - stage pressing metal into the mold. The machine comprises a fixed half-form 1, a mobile half-form 2, a spherical rod 3, a pressing chamber 4 with a runner hole 5, pressing in step B and a filling channel. The method is carried out as follows. The metal through the channel 7 and the hole 5 is poured into the pressing chamber 4. Metal stand for. 1-5 seconds until the crust of crust 8 is formed with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm. Lift the empty space, cover the gating section with a garnish 5. (Fig. 3) and press the metal into the mold. In this case, the metal is pressed in at a speed of 0.1-0.3 m / s. When pressed due to the displacement of liquid metal by a spherical divider, the tool leads ahead of the crust — the skull, which remains completely in the pressure chamber. After the casting has hardened, the mold opens, the casting and the press chamber are pushed out of the mold. The crust collects in itself all the products of the interaction of the lubricant with the metal, which excludes their entry into the casting. The piston is lifted together with the skullcap at a speed of 0.1-0.3 m / s, which eliminates clogging of the gating system and ensures erosion of the skull in the place of the feeders, as a result of which the skull does not enter the body of the casting. Pressing at a lower speed leads to a sharp cooling of the metal and requires overheating of the metal, at which the melt is much more saturated with gases. The quality of the castings ultimately deteriorates. Pressing at high speed leads to higher melt turbulence during filling and greater trapping of air, which also degrades the quality of castings. At the same time, it is possible that the feeders are blocked with a skull and particles can enter the casting. Example. Alloy AL9 is poured into a pressing chamber with a temperature of 640-650 ° C and held in it ZS. The exposure time is counted using a timer. By raising the piston at a speed of 0.2 m / s, the alloy is pressed into the mold. Castings obtained by this method and heat-hardened according to the T5 mode are free of bulges and have a tightness when tested with a liquid of 100 atm and a density of about 1-2 points on the VIAM scale. The invention allows to improve the quality of castings and increase the yield by 20%. . .
