Technické riešenie sa týka krbovej vložky a krbových kachlí s vonkajším konvekčným plášťom na pevné palivo so zariadením na odvetranie naddverového priestoru.The technical solution relates to a fireplace insert and a fireplace stove with an external convection jacket for solid fuel with a device for venting the above-door space.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
U krbových vložiek a krbových kachlí s vonkajším konvekčným plášťom a neodvetraným naddverovým priestorom (obr. 1) dochádza v tomto priestore k lokálnemu prehrievaniu okolitých častí dverovej konštrukcie, častí spaľovacej komory a častí konvekčného plášťa. Toto má za následok vnášanie teplotných pnutí do konštrukcie vykurovacieho telesa a tým aj zvýšené nebezpečenstvo poškodenia niektorých dielov.In the case of fireplace inserts and stoves with an external convection jacket and an unventilated overhead door (Fig. 1), the surrounding parts of the door construction, combustion chamber parts and convection jacket parts are locally overheated in this space. This results in the introduction of temperature stresses into the heater structure and thus an increased risk of damage to some parts.
V prípade odvetraného naddverového priestoru stálou štrbinou (obr. 2) je pri otvorených dverách možnosť nasatia dymu a tým jeho preniknutiu do vykurovaného priestoru, čo je taktiež neželaný stav.In the case of ventilated above-door space a permanent gap (Fig. 2) with the door open is the possibility of sucking in smoke and thus penetrating it into the heated space, which is also an undesirable condition.

Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Uvedené nedostatky do značnej miery odstraňuje krbová vložka a krbové kachle s vonkajším konvekčným plášťom na pevné palivo so zariadením na odvetranie naddverového priestoru obsahujúce spaľovaciu komoru, dvere, vonkajší konvekčný plášť a zariadenie na odvetranie naddverového priestoru podľa tohto technického riešenia ktorého podstata spočíva v tom, že v naddverovom priestore je otočné zabudovaná naddverová odvetrávacia klapka, ktorá umožňujúce regulované prúdenie ohrievaného vzduchu v naddverovom priestore. Je výhodné, ak pohyb naddverovej odvetrávacej klapky je ovládaný pohybom dverí a to tak, že odvetrávacia klapka je prepojená s dverami prostredníctvom prevodu, pričom pohyb dverí z polohy zatvorenej do polohy otvorenej zabezpečuje pohyb odvetrávacej klapky z polohy otvorenej do polohy zatvorenej a pohyb dverí z polohy otvorenej do polohy zatvorenej zabezpečuje pohyb odvetrávacej klapky z polohy zatvorenej do polohy otvorenej.These drawbacks are largely eliminated by the fireplace insert and the fireplace stove with an external convection casing for solid fuel with an above-door space venting device comprising a combustion chamber, a door, an external convection case and an above-door venting device according to the present invention.
