Claims (5)
1 POSTOPEK ZA SUHO RAZŽVEPLANJE ZGOREVNIH DIMNIH PLINOV Patentni zahtevki 1. Postopek za suho razžveplanje zgorevnih dimnih plinov, ki nastanejo v zgorevalnem prostoru (3), pri čemer se lebdeči pepel, vodno paro, povratno vodeni trdni delci, žveplovi oksidi in druge škodljive plinaste snovi vsebujoči zgorevni plini vodijo v prvi separator (12) in se od tam delno odprašene zgorevne dimne pline z vsebnostjo trdnih delcev 5 do 40 g/Nm3 odvede, pri čemer je prvi separator izoblikovan kot pri temperaturi od 100 do 180°C obratujoči elektrofilter ali pri temperaturi od 100 do 700°C obratujoči gravitacijski separator, delno odprašeni zgorevni plini se mešajo z iz CaO in/ali Ca(0H)2 in/ali CaCC>3 sestoječim absorpcijskim sredstvom in se vodijo v vrtinčasto-plastni reaktor (8), ki spada k cirkuliraj oči vrtinčasti plasti, ki ima en z zgornjim področjem vrtinčasto-plastnega reaktorja povezan drugi separator (7) in en povratni vod za trdne delce (17), ki vodi od drugega separatorja do reaktorja, vrtinčasto-plastnemu reaktorju se dovaja voda in temperatura zgorevnih dimnih plinov v reaktorju se ohladi na 50 do 90°C, dimni plini in trdni delci se skupaj vodijo k drugemu separatorju (7), ki je izoblikovan kot elektrofilter ali vrečasti filter, iz drugega separatorja se odvzemajo očiščeni dimni plini in, ločeno od tega, separirani trdni delci, od katerih se en del preko povratnega voda vodi nazaj v vrtinčasto-plastni reaktor (8) in pri čemer se en nadaljnji del separiranih trdnih delcev vodi od drugega separatorja (7) v področje 2 zgorevalnega prostora (3), v katerem vladajo temperature od 850 do 1050°C, in s plinastimi škodljivimi snovmi obremenjeno absorpcijsko sredstvo se skupaj z lebdečim pepelom preko izpusta prvega separatorja odvaja iz procesnega krogotoka.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da kot drugi separator (7) uporabimo elektrofilter z več polji in da trdne snovi, izločene v zadnjem polju elektrofiltra, odvedemo iz procesnega krogotoka.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da kot drugi separator (7) uporabimo vrečasti filter in iz njega dobimo filtrsko pogačo, ki vsebuje 2 do 5 utežnih % CaO in/ali Ca(OH)2 ·
4. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da vrtinčasto- plastni reaktor (8) obratuje pri temperaturi 5 do 20°C nad rosiščem in da v vrtinčasto-plastnem reaktorju nastavimo hitrost na vrednost 3 do 10 m/sek, srednji čas zadrževanja trdne snovi na 20 do 180 min in srednjo obremenitev s trdno snovjo 1 do 10 kg/m3.
5. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da 90 do 95 % trdnih delcev, nastalih v drugem separatorju (7), vodimo povratno v vrtinčasto-plastni reaktor (8), medtem ko dospejo ostali trdni delci v zgorevalni prostor (3).
