Claims (9)

  1. Elektrokemijske celice s separatorji, ki vsebujejo steklo Patentni zahtevki
    1. Prevlečni postopek za pripravo poroznega separatorja, ki obsega več plasti, kjer vsaka plast obsega oboje, steklene delce in keramične delce, kjer postopek obsega stopnji: - zagotovitev zmesi organskega polimernega materiala iz obojih, steklenih delcev in keramičnih delcev, in vsaj dveh topil, kjer stekleni delci in keramični delci obsegajo 5-95 % zmesi, kjer organski polimerni material obsega 5-95 % zmesi in je izbran iz skupine, ki obsega poli(viniliden fluorid)-heksafluoropropen (PVDF-HFP), poliviniliden fluorid (PVDF), PTFE, polimetil metakrilat (PMMA), polipropilen (PP), poliakrilno kislino (PAA), polivinilpirolidon (PVP), PVDF na osnovi vode, akrilat, poliakrilat, stiren butadienski kavčuk (SBR), naravne in sintetične kavčuke, lateks, OPPANOL®, polietilen (PE), etilen-vinilacetatni kopolimer (EVA), polivinil alkohol (PVA) in zmesi le-teh, kjer so keramični delci narejeni iz materiala, izbranega iz skupine, ki obsega litij-aluminij-titanov fosfat LixAlyTiz(PO4)3, kjer je 1 < x < 2, 0<y<linl<z<2, nanovelikostni aluminijev oksid (A12O3), ZrO2, SiC, LiA102, SnO2 ali BaTiO3, kjer je topilo izbrano iz skupine, ki obsega tetrahidrofuran (THF), aceton, etanol, ocetno kislino, dimetil acetamid (DMAC), dimetil sulfoksid (DMSO), heksametil fosforamid (HMPA), N-metilpirolidon (NMP), trietil fosfat (TEP), trimetil fosfat (TMP), tetrametil sečnino (TMU), butanon, propilen karbonat (PC), butanolno vodo, silanol, silandiol, etilen glikol monoheksil eter, Ν,Ν-dimetil etanolamin, izopropil alkohol, toluen, normalni butil alkohol, anhidrid maleinske kisline, ksilen in zmesi le-teh, in - priprava multiplasti s fazno inverzijo.
  2. 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, kjer je separator, ki obsega več plasti obojih, steklenih delcev in keramičnih delcev, nanesen v eni stopnji.
  3. 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, kjer so stekleni delci in/ali keramični delci ionski prevodni in/ali neionski prevodni delci.
  4. 4. Postopek po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-3, kjer v zmes dodamo adhezijski aditiv.
  5. 5. Postopek po zahtevku 4, kjer je adhezijski aditiv izbran iz skupine, ki obsega uretan in smole.
  6. 6. Elektrokemijska celica, ki obsega elektrolit za elektrokemijsko celico, anodo, katodo in separator, kjer je separator pripravljen s postopkom po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-5.
  7. 7. Elektrokemijska celica po zahtevku 6, kjer je elektrokemijska celica energijsko močna elektrokemijska celica.
  8. 8. Elektrokemijska celica po zahtevku 6, kjer je anodni material izbran iz skupine, ki obsega grafit ali druge materiale na osnovi ogljika, Si ali kompozite, ki obsegajo Si, Li4Ti50i2, Li2Ti3O7, LixTiO2 (kjer je 0 < x < 1), TiO2, TiO2(OH)x (kjer je x > 1) in zmesi le-teh.
  9. 9. Uporaba elektrokemijske celice po zahtevku 6 v porabniški elektroniki, stacionarnih aplikacijah kot shranjevalnik obnovljive energije, pri izravnavanju omrežja, solarnih aplikacijah, velikih hibridnih dizelskih strojih, vojaških aplikacijah, hibridnih električnih vozilih (HEV) in vesoljskih ter letalskih aplikacijah.
