Abstract

EFFECTIVE SEPARATION, EASY MAINTENANCE (ESEM) FLOW FILTER Many applications, such as chemical, food processing, urban drainage, require separation of the immiscible. Prior art means make free passage and separation not simultaneously achievable, if not mutually deducing. Prior arts are not only costly to build, maintain, also aggravate pollution, contamination, while deteriorate quality of media, retard volumetric flow rate. Resulting in heavy investment, yet poorer results in return. This invention provides means of filtration via using the directional force inherent in the stream, that propel the immiscible to collection points for convenience maintenance, while not in the way of the flow. With this invention, more intense, effective filtration of immiscible components could be achieved at lower cost, the volumetric flow rate can be increased, while maintenance can be done with great ease, even by less agile, such as aged, workers.
