Abstract

A carriage bolt (3) is inserted through the plate (1) hole (11) and a tube piece (2) is placed around the bolt shaft (31). A bottom plate (5) bridges over the hollow space on the end of the tube piece turned away from the plate and has a nut thread (4) which can engage with an outer thread on the end of the bolt. The bottom plate has a central lowered part, so that neither the bolt free end or the bottom plate central threaded part extends past the tube piece outer support surface. The bottom plate has means for centring the tube piece relatively to the nut thread.
