Abstract
Described is among otherthings a liquid cooled module (1). The liquid cooled module provides improved heat dissipation and improved flow in the liquid cooled module (1). In the module a plurality of heat generating components (11) are arranged so that spaces (12) for housing a moving fluid are formed around the heat generating components, and a liquid sealed casing (2) encloses the heat generating components (11), wherein at least one restricting member (14, 17,160) is located in the flow path of the moving fluid.
