Claims (23)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en formad cellulosaprodukt (20), kännetecknat av att förfarandet innefattar: formning (S1) av ett Iuftlagt basmaterial (10) innefattande cellulosa- och/eller Iignocellulosafibrer till en formad cellulosaprodukt (20), applicering (S2) av åtminstone en poiymeriserbar fettsyra eller en olja eller oljeblandning innefattande åtminstone en polymeriserbar fettsyra på det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) före och/eller under formning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) till den formade cellulosaprodukten (20), samt polymerisering (S3) av den åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyran för att bilda en vattenfrånstötande och fettresistent barriär (25) hos den formade cellulosaprodukten (20).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, varvid applicering (S2) av nåmnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nåmnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar sprutning av nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning på åtminstone en sida (11-14) av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10).
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, varvid applicering (S2) av nåmnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nåmnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar ridåbelåggning eller valsbeläggning av åtminstone en sida (11-14) av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) med nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning.

Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 3, varvid applicering (S2) av nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar nedsänkning av åtminstone en del av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) i nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning.
5. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 4, varvid applicering (S2) av nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar applicering (S2) av nåmnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning på åtminstone en sida (11-14) av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) och in i åtminstone en del av en tjocklek hos det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) som sträcker sig från nämnda åtminstone ena sida (11-14).
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5, varvid applicering (S2) av nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nåmnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar mättning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) med nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning.
7. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 6, varvid polymerisering (S3) av nämnda ätminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra innefattar exponering av ätminstone en del av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) för värme och/eller ultraviolett ljus i närvaro av syre för att för att bilda nämnda vattenfränstötande och fettresistenta barriär (25) hos den formade cellulosaprodukten (20).

Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 till 7, varvid applicering (S2) av nämnda ätminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar applicering av nämnda ätminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning och en polymerisationskatalysator pä det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) före och/eller under formning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) till den formade cellulosaprodukten (20), samt varvid polymerisering (S3) av nämnda ätminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra innefattar exponering av ätminstone en del av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) för syre för att bilda nämnda vattenfränstötande och fettresistenta barriär (25) hos den formade cellulosaprodukten (20).
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 till 8, varvid det luftlagda basmaterialet (10) innefattar cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassafibrer tillverkade genom kemisk, mekanisk och/eller kemimekanisk massaframställning frän barrved och/eller lövved.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 9, varvid nämnda cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrer är cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrer i en form vald frän gruppen bestäende av sulfatmassa, sulfitmassa, dissolvingmassa, termomekanisk massa (TMP), högtemperatur-termomekanisk massa (HTMP), mekanisk fiber avsedd för medelhärda fiberskivor (MDF-fiber), kemitermomekanisk massa (CTMP), högtemperatur-kemitermomekanisk massa (HTCTMP), samt en kombination därav.
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 till 10, varvid formning (S1) av cellulosabasmaterialet (10) innefattar ätminstone nägot av: tillskärning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10), torr formpressning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10), termoformning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10), vikning av det luftlagda basmaterialet (10), samtpressning av det Iuftlagda basmaterialet (10).
12. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 11, varvid applicering (S2) av nämnda åtminstone ena polymeriserbara fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning innefattar applicering av nämnda olja eller oljeblandning pä det Iuftlagda basmaterialet (10) före och/eller under formning av det Iuftlagda basmaterialet (10) till den formade cellulosaprodukten (20), samt varvid nämnda olja är en vegetabilisk olja eller nämnda oljeblandning är en blandning av vegetabiliska oljor, företrädesvis valda frän gruppen bestäende av linfröolja, avokadoolja, sesamolja, tistelolja, solrosolja, rapsfröolja, druvkärnolja, linolja och nyponolja.
13. Cellulosaprodukt (10, 20) som innefattar ett luftlagt material innefattande cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrer, kännetecknad av att cellulosaprodukten dessutom innefattar: en vattenfränstötande och fettresistent barriär (25) pä ätminstone en sida (11-14, 21-24) av cellulosaprodukten (10, 20), varvid nämnda vattenfränstötande och fettresistenta barriär (25) innefattar ätminstone en polymeriserad fettsyra eller en olja eller oljeblandning innefattande ätminstone en polymeriserad fettsyra.

Cellulosaprodukt enligt patentkrav 13, varvid nämnda polymeriserade fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning finns närvarande frän nämnda ätminstone ena sida (11-14, 21-24) av cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) in i ätminstone en del av en tjocklek hos cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) som sträcker sig frän nämnda ätminstone ena sida (11-14, 21-24).
15. Cellulosaprodukt enligt patentkrav 13 eller 14, varvid cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) innefattar nämnda vattenfränstötande och fettresistenta barriär (25) pä alla sidor (11-14, 21-24) av cellulosaprodukten (10, 20).
16. Cellulosaprodukt enligt nägot av patentkraven 13 till 15, varvid cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) är mättad med nämnda polymeriserade fettsyra eller nämnda olja eller oljeblandning.

Cellulosaprodukt enligt nägot av patentkraven 13 till 16, varvid cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) innefattar cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassafibrer tillverkade genom kemisk, mekanisk och/eller kemimekanisk massaframställning frän barrved och/eller lövved.18. Cellulosaprodukt enligt patentkrav 17, varvid cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrerna är cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrer i en form vald frän gruppen bestående av sulfatmassa, sulfitmassa, dissolvingmassa, termomekanisk massa (TMP), högtemperatur-termomekanisk massa (HTMP), mekanisk fiber avsedd för medelhärda fiberskivor (MDF-fiber), (CTMP),

Cellulosaprodukt enligt något av patentkraven 13 till 18, varvid nämnda vattenfränstötande och fettresistenta barriär (25) innefattar nämnda olja eller oljeblandning, samt varvid nämnda olja är en vegetabilisk olja eller nämnda oljeblandning är en blandning av vegetabiliska oljor, företrädesvis valda frän gruppen bestäende av linfröolja, avokadoolja, sesamolja, tistelolja, solrosolja, druvkärnolja, rapsfröolja, linolja och nyponolja.
20. Cellulosaprodukt enligt nägot av patentkraven 13 till 19, varvid cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) är en formad cellulosaprodukt (20) som formats genom tillskärning, torr formpressning, termoformning, vikning och/eller pressning av ett luftlagt basmaterial (10).

Cellulosaprodukt enligt nägot av patentkraven 13 till 19, varvid cellulosaprodukten (10, 20) är ett luftlagt basmaterial (10) konfigurerat att formas till en formad cellulosaprodukt (20) genom tillskärning, torr formpressning, termoformning, vikning och/eller pressning av nämnda luftlagda basmaterial (10).
