Abstract
A valve (11) arranged in the outlet duct, opens under the influence of the air pressure so as to discharge air from the duct. A fan (13) arranged in a transverse junction draws air from the outlet duct and controls the amount of recirculated air to the inlet duct and also the amount of discharged air leaving the outlet duct through the valve.
