Abstract
The present invention provides a membrane filtering apparatus including: a membrane filtering unit that separates treated water and membrane filtering concentrated water by membrane filtration of introduced water in a filtration mode; a membrane filtering treated water accumulation unit that accumulates the treated water treated by the membrane filtering unit; a cyclone treatment unit that separates and concentrates backwashing concentrated water together with the membrane filtering concentrated water as an upstream flow in a cleaning mode for backwashing the membrane filtering unit; and a fine bubble generation unit that flushes a surface of a membrane of the membrane filtering unit to generate an upstream flow by producing fine bubbles in the cleaning mode. Accordingly, the present invention can acquire a high recovery rate of not less than 98% while employing one membrane filtering unit. fig 6
