Description

The invention relates to the design of containers for storing and transporting cut flowers.

Known packaging for cut flowers (EP No. 0311174, IPC B65D 85/50) containing a rectangular box having an open top and inclined walls, which are provided near their upper parts with a channel protruding outward. The base of the channel serves as a support for the folding rectangular protective pipe. The purpose of a rectangular pipe is to protect those parts of cut flowers placed in a box that protrude above the box. A plastic cap is placed on the pipe.

Known packaging container for ceremonial flowers (JP No. 2003170981, IPC B65D 85/50), made in the form of a box. An element in the form of a pipe with a lid is installed in the upper part of the box, which ensures preservation during transportation of flowers with a long stem.

The disadvantage of these known packages is the lack of ventilation holes, which affects the ventilation of the internal volume of the container and reduces the shelf life of cut flowers in it.

Known packaging for cut flowers (US No. 6474017, IPC A01G 5/00), including a container with slots in its upper part, a supporting sleeve with dividing walls with holes for fixing flowers, a lid equipped with locking tabs and slots for ventilation of flowers.

However, in this known packaging, the internal volume of the container is not ventilated when the containers are stacked on top of each other. In addition, it is inconvenient to use, as there are no carrying handles.

Known packaging for flowers with a long stem (WO 2006041284, IPC B65D 85/50) and packaging for transportation (WO 2005009873, IPC B65D 85/50), made in the form of an open top container that contains a pipe whose base can be mounted on top container.

However, these known packages do not have lids, which prevents them from being installed on top of each other during transportation.

Known packaging for cut flowers (RU No. 2189339, IPC B65D 85/50). The package contains a rectangular box with inclined side walls, which are provided near their upper parts with a channel protruding outward and having an open top. The base of this channel serves as a support for the folding rectangular protective pipe. The rectangular box has openings for hand grip on two sides. The package contains a cap placed on the protective tube. The lid is equipped with ventilation ducts and positioning protrusions for mounting the next box on it.

This design on the set of essential features is closest to the claimed utility model and is selected as a prototype.

The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a container for cut flowers, with improved physical characteristics, increased strength, with improved ventilation characteristics, convenient for stacking when transporting flowers.

The problem is achieved due to the fact that, in the container for cut flowers, made in the form of a box with side walls inclined to the base, provided with cut-out windows, provided on two opposite side walls of the box under the side, which is located around the perimeter of the top edge of the box and is made open above the channel, the container is equipped with a removable lid with curly slots and positioning protrusions, pairwise placed at the corners on the outside of the lid. The bottom of the box is thickened, its thickness lies within 1.2-1.6 of the wall thickness of the box, is equipped with stiffeners located on its inner side and passing along the central axes of the bottom, the ends of the windows on the outside of the box are equipped with stiffeners, and on two other opposite side walls of the box in the upper part are made of ventilation slots, a removable lid on the inside is provided with fixing protrusions, and curly slots of the lid are formed by jumpers lying in one horizontal plane, while emychki passing through the central axes of the cover have reinforcing ribs, and at the point of intersection of the through hole.

The container for cut flowers is equipped with a protective tube, the lower part of which is placed in the channel of the side.

The container for cut flowers is made in the form of a box 1 (Figure 1) with side walls 2 inclined to the base, provided with slotted windows 3 (Figure 2), provided on two opposite side walls 2 of the box 1 under the side 4, which is located around the perimeter of the upper the edges of the box 1 and is made with the channel 5 open at the top. The slotted windows 3 serve to be gripped by hands when carrying the container. The ends of the windows 3 on the outer side of the box 1 are equipped with stiffeners 6 (Figure 4).

On two other opposite side walls 2 of the box 1 in the upper part there are ventilation slots 7 (Figure 3), providing air access to preserve the freshness of the flowers.

The bottom 8 of the box 1 is made thickened, its thickness lies within 1.2-1.6 of the wall thickness 2 of the box 1 and is equipped with stiffeners 9 (Figure 5) located on the inside of the box 1. The thickened bottom 8 and stiffeners 9, passing along the central axes of the bottom 8, provide structural strength when filling box 1 with flowers with water or a nutrient solution. The container is equipped with a removable lid 10 (Fig.6), which has curly slots 11 formed by jumpers 12 lying in one horizontal plane, which increases the internal working volume of the container. The jumpers 12 extending along the central axes of the lid 10 have stiffeners 13 (Fig. 7) and a through hole 14 is made at their intersection 14. The removable lid 10 is provided on the outside with positioning protrusions 15 (Fig. 8) pairwise placed at the corners of the lid 10. The positioning protrusions 15 are used to fix the containers and prevent their lateral displacement when installing the containers on top of each other during transportation (Figure 10).

The removable lid 10 is provided on the inside with locking tabs 16 (FIG. 8), which prevent the lid 10 from moving when it is mounted on the box 1.

Through hole 14 is used to install a cylindrical rack 17 (Fig.11).

The container for cut flowers can be equipped with a protective pipe 18 (Figure 9), the lower part of which is placed in the channel 5 of the side 4, and the upper one is closed by a lid 10. The purpose of the pipe 18 is to protect those parts of the cut flowers that protrude above the box 1.

To transport flowers, a small amount of water or a nutrient solution is poured into the box 1 of the container and flowers or bouquets are placed inside the box 1, after which they are closed with a lid 10.

To transport flowers with long stems, a protective pipe 18 is installed on the box 1 in the channel 5, made, for example, in the form of a folding strip of corrugated cardboard, which is fixed on top by a lid 10.

To demonstrate flowers with long stems, a rack 17 is installed in the hole 14 of the cover 10, which serves to support and fix flowers of great length and prevent them from breaking.

An umbrella can be installed in hole 14 to protect flowers from the sun and rain on the street.

The container for cut flowers proposed by the utility model has improved physical characteristics, increased strength, is easy to use, is used repeatedly, provides ventilation and preserves the flowers transported in the container, allows you to increase the shelf life of flowers, is used for flowers with different stem lengths, is convenient for stacking when transportation.
