Description

The utility model relates to equipment of the oil and gas industry, and can be used to distribute and change the direction of flow in pipelines.
A four-way valve is known (CS 267826, IPC F16K 11/00, 1989.), including a hollow body with axial and flow channels, a cover with flow channels, installed in the housing above the flow channels of the cover, a distribution disk with flow channels and their sealing elements associated with the control pin with a rod equipped with a lever with a locking node. The described crane does not provide for the regulation of efforts on the sealing elements, is complicated in design, difficult to repair.
Known multi-way valve (RU 2115051, IPC F16K 11/00 1996) containing a hollow body with axial and flow channels, a cover with flow channels, a distribution disk with flow channels and sealing elements connected to the control a trunnion with a rod equipped with a lever with a fixing unit, while the trunnion rod is made stepwise, a disconnector is installed on one of its stages in the axial channel of the housing, and a sequential support ltso, spring elements, the clamping bush and the control node to change the force to drive or set one or more additional releasers, the sealing elements of the flow channels are made of wear-resistant material in the form of seats or in the form of a pair of hollow ball - the saddle. The described crane is complex in design, has a large number of parts to be replaced during repair, in view of which its maintainability is complicated, the crane does not provide for the possibility of regulating the forces on the disk sealing elements without disassembling the crane, which as a result reduces the overhaul life of the crane and does not allow to restore the tightness between the flow-through channels of the disk and the cover during operation of the crane in production.
The objective of the proposed utility model is to simplify the design of a multi-way crane, increasing the overhaul life of the crane.
The technical result from the use of the utility model is to increase the overhaul life of the crane, the possibility of restoring the sealing of sealing elements without disassembling and repairing the crane, as well as increasing its maintainability, by simplifying the design and reducing replacement parts.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in a multi-way valve, including a hollow body with axial and flow channels, a cover with flow channels, a distribution disk with flow channels and sealing elements installed in the body above the flow channels of the cover, connected to a control pin with a rod, equipped with a lever with a locking unit, according to a utility model, a bearing is mounted on the stem of the journal, on which a clamping nut rests, tightly screwed into the valve body, and serves to change the force and the disc, while the disc at the bottom communicates with the sealing member of resilient material funnel shape defined in the lid.
The proposed solutions allow you to adjust the effort on the disk, without disassembling and disassembling during normal operation in production.
Figure 1 shows a crane in section; figure 2, the sealing element is funnel-shaped, on which the disk rests. The multi-way valve / Fig. 1/ includes a hollow housing 1, with axial 2 and flowing 3 channels, a cover 4 with flowing channels 5, installed in the housing 1 above the flowing channels 5 of cover 4, a distribution disk 6 with two or more flowing channels 7, 8 associated with the control pin 9 with the rod 10, equipped with a lever 11 with a locking unit 12. On the rod 10 of the pin 9 is mounted a bearing 13, on which a clamping nut 14 rests, tightly screwed into the housing 1. The clamping nut is sealed between the nut 14 and the housing 1 sealing the rings 15. The distribution disk 6 is supported by a funnel-shaped sealing element 16, which, due to the use of an elastic material, presses the disk from below to increase the sealing of the valve during disk rotation.
A multi-way valve can be used when pumping a working medium into wells for the operation of pumps. To do this, connect the channel 3 of the housing 1 with one or more supply lines of the working medium, and the flow channels 5 of the cover 4 with a group metering system / common collector /, with the cavity of the tubing and the annulus of the well. During operation, the working medium through the channel 3 enters the well, passing through the flow channels 7 and 5 of the disk 1 and the cover 4, and the produced products from the well enters a group metering unit or a common collector through the flow channels 5 of the cover 4. If necessary, change the direction the working medium from the pipe cavity to the annular or vice versa, as well as supplying it to the metering unit or hydraulic connection of the pipe and annular cavities of the well, rotate the disk 6 along the axis using the lever 12, thereby changing the location flow channels 7 and 8.
The crane can be used as a multi-way switch of pipe channels of wells, i.e. to direct the production of wells in the next order to a group metering unit. It can also be used for hydraulic communication of the fluid injection line with the pipe and annular space of a gas lift well, the connection of the pipe and annular space of a gas lift, fountain and pump wells, as well as for switching their products from a metering unit to a common discharge manifold or vice versa.
