Claims (2)
1. Способ получения культур клеток, включающий обработку тканей и органов раствором комплекса коллагенолитических ферментов, полученного из пищеварительных органов гидробионтов, отличающийся тем, что в качестве указанного комплекса используют комплекс, полученный из пищеварительных органов головоногих моллюсков при концентрации комплекса по белку 0,01-0,4 мг/мл при температуре 0-18oС.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растворителя используют физиологический раствор или раствор глюкозы.
