obtained by the following methods: (a) the formation of a key phase of composition A a B b O x , (b) the formation of a side phase of composition C c D d Fe e Co f E i F j O y or water-soluble salts of elements of the side phase, or a mixture of at least from at least one water-soluble salt of these elements and at least one calcined phase of one of these elements, which is not available as a water-soluble salt, (c) mixing the key phase with the side phase, (d) if necessary, drying the mixture obtained according to (c) followed by calcination and, if necessary STI molding thus formed catalyst mass by known methods, wherein the average particle size of at least one component of the catalyst, characterized by its chemical composition from the other component, is 10 nm - less than 1 micron.
