SUBSTANCE: the method consists in forced filling on the accumulating tank with water, maintaining of the preset water level in this tank, distribution of water among the hydrants, its heating before delivery to one of the hydrants; water in the accumulating tank is divided into two successively interconnected parts the second of which is heated, and the preset water level in both parts is maintained simultaneously. The dwelling house water supply system uses an accumulating tank, means for filling it with water interconnected through a pipeline, drain cocks connected to the above tank, water heater installed before one of the cocks, water level gauge in the tank, means for automatic monitoring and control of the system parameters electrically coupled to the means for filling the tank with water and water level gauge; the accumulating tank has two vessels successively interconnected through a pipeline at the bottom and furnished with a valve, the first vessel accommodates the water level gauge, and the second one - the water heater and the temperature-sensitive element connected to the means for automatic monitoring and control of the system parameters. EFFECT: saving of electric power at a stable water temperature.

Целью изобретения является экономия электроэнергии при обеспечении стабильности температуры воды при сливе и обеспечение непрерывности работы системы водоснабжения. Способ водоснабжения жилого дома заключается в принудительном наполнении аккумулирующей емкости водой, поддержании заданного уровня воды в указанной емкости, раздаче воды по кранам, ее подогреве перед поступлением в один из кранов, при этом воду в аккумулирующей емкости делят на две последовательно соединенные между собой части, вторую из которых подогревают, а заданный уровень воды в обеих частях обеспечивают одновременно. Система водоснабжения жилого дома для осуществления способа содержит аккумулирующую емкость, средство для наполнения ее водой, связанные между собой трубопроводом, сливные краны, соединенные с указанной емкостью, водонагреватель, установленный перед одним из кранов, датчик уровня воды в емкости, средство автоматического контроля и управления параметрами системы, электрически связанное со средством для наполнения водой и датчиком уровня воды, аккумулирующая емкость имеет два сосуда, последовательно связанные между собой внизу трубой, снабженной клапаном, причем в первом из них установлен датчик уровня воды, а во втором водонагреватель и температурный датчик, соединенные со средством для автоматического контроля и управления.The invention relates to the water supply of a residential building.
