Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: process for preparing fatty acid esters of lower monohydric n-alcohols is carried out by transesterification of fatty acid glycerides in the presence of basic catalysts. The claimed process is distinguished in that after transesterification, the ester phase is washed with glycerol, crude glycerol resulting from treating glycerol or with glycerol phase of the preceding transesterification stage, fully separated from the last glycerol phase and treated with bleaching clay, silicic acid or other physico-chemical substances. Unlike prior and processes, the claimed process makes it possible to obtain quality of products which can otherwise be obtained only from purified oils when process stages which use water are employed. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к способу получения сложных эфиров жирных кислот низших одноатомных н-спиртов путем переэтерификации глицеридов жирных кислот в присутствии основных катализаторов. Предлагаемый в изобретении способ отличается тем, что после осуществленной переэтерификации сложноэфирную фазу промывают глицерином, неочищенным глицерином из обработки глицерина или глицериновой фазой предыдущей стадии переэтерификации, полностью отделяют от последней глицериновой фазы и обрабатывают с помощью отбеливающей глины, кремневой кислоты или других физико-химически подобных веществ. В противоположность известным способам, благодаря этому из нерафинированных нативных масел без процессов промывки водой и без применения водосодержащих кислот для нейтрализации катализатора в сложноэфирной фазе можно достигать качеств продуктов, которые иначе можно только получать из очищенных масел при применении стадий способа, где используют воду.The invention relates to a method for producing fatty acid esters of lower monohydric n-alcohols by transesterification of glycerides of fatty acids in the presence of basic catalysts.
