Abstract

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic meter serve for measurement of low velocities and accelerations in instruments of types of gradient meter and gyrocompass when they operate under ballistic mode. It includes scanner disc mounted in its case together with rotation drive having M slits on its periphery installed in parallel and uniaxially to measurement disc of same diameter and coupled to rotation axis of measurement object having number of slits N <M. Optical system incorporates illuminator positioned under scanner disc, objective put between discs and photodiode located above measurement disc. Optical axis of system crosses periphery of both discs. System presents null indicator of type of photoelectric microscope and serves for determination of moments of time of crossing of centers of slits of measurement disc and enables time intervals of passage of distance between its slits to be measured with high precision. Measurement of these interval and computation of angular velocities and accelerations of object are carried out with the help of electron circuit and computer. EFFECT: high precision of measurements of angular velocities and accelerations.

Устройство служит для измерения малых скоростей и ускорений в приборах типа градиентометра и гирокомпаса при их работе в баллистическом режиме. В состав измерителя входит диск сканера, установленный в его корпусе вместе с приводом вращения, с числом М щелей на его периферии, установленный параллельно и соосно с измерительным диском того же диаметра, связанным с осью вращения объекта измерений, с числом щелей N<M. Оптическая система состоит из осветителя, находящегося под диском сканера, объектива, расположенного между дисками и фотодиодами над измерительным диском, а ее оптическая ось пересекает периферии обоих дисков. Эта система представляет собой нуль-индикатор типа фотоэлектрического микроскопа и служит для определения моментов времени пересечения центров щелей измерительного диска и позволяет с высокой точностью измерять интервалы времени прохождения расстояния между его щелями.
