Claims (42)

1. Radio-interrogated passive device with structures on surface acoustic waves (15; 124; 127, 25; 125; 126; 128) in a system that contains an interrogator unit (1) with a transmitting part (2) and a receiving part (3) and an evaluation unit (4), characterized in that for use as a measuring sensor, the first structure on surface acoustic waves (15; 124; 127) is provided as a sensitive element, and the second structure on surface acoustic waves (25; 125; 126; 128) - as a support element, moreover, by interrogating the interrogator a measurement value is obtained, which is formed from a comparison of the output signals of the sensing element (15; 125; 127) and the supporting element (25, 125; 126; 128) resulting from the polling signals, the sensitive element (15; 125; 127) and the supporting element ( 25, 125; 126; 128) have different sensitivities for the quantities to be measured.
2. The device according to claim 1, with at least one sensing element on surface acoustic waves (15; 15 1 - 15 N ) for the sensitive function and one supporting element on surface acoustic waves (25) for the supporting function.
 3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, in which elements on surface acoustic waves (15, 25; 124, 125; 124, 126) are spatially combined and antennas are provided for radio transmission between the interrogator unit (1) and the sensor (5) (16, 17).
 4. The device according to p. 1, 2 or 3, with substrates (130, 230) located on the carrier (30) for respectively a sensitive element (15 ") and a supporting element (25").
 5. The device according to claim 4 with substrates (130, 230) of piezoelectric materials differing from each other for (each) sensitive element, on the one hand, and for the support element, on the other hand.
 6. The device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, in which at least one sensing element (15), a supporting element (25) and a passively working signal processing device are provided on the carrier (30).
 7. The device according to claim 1, with a support element (25), which is located in the interrogator unit (1 ') at a distance from the sensitive element (15).
 8. The device according to one of paragraphs. 1 to 7, characterized by an additional element on the surface of the acoustic waves to identify the sensor.
