Abstract

FIELD: electrical technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed polyurethane insulation compound is prepared by interaction of two reagents. Mixture of castor oil and methyl benzene (their quantities being 59.5-75.2 % and 3.8-23.8 % respectively) is used as the first reagent. 2,4-toluyl(en)-di(iso)cyanate is used as reagent 2. Said interaction is carried out by mixing said reagents within 3-5 min. Additionally peroxide of di(benzoyl) is added, its quantity being 0.5-1.0 %. The process is followed by hardening within 60-80 C. EFFECT: simplifies the method. 2 tbl

Claims (1)

Использование: электротехника, технология изготовления электроизоляционного компаунда для герметизации и уплотнения элементов радиоэлектронной аппаратуры. Техническая задача: разработка простой технологии серийного получения высококачественного заливочного электроизоляционного компаунда для высоковольтных приборов. Технический результат: повышение механической прочности приблизительно в 1,5 раза, эластичности в водостойкости в 1,5 - 2 раза, упрощение. Сущность изобретения: приводят во взаимодействие реагент 1: смесь касторового масла, 59,5-75,2% и метил/бензол 3,8-23,8%, БФ C6H5CH3 и реагент 2: 2,4-толуил(ен)-ди(изо)ционат 16,7-22,6 при перемешивании 3-5 мин. Дополнительно вводят ди(бензоил)перекись 0,5-1,0% БФ (C6H5CO)2O2. Условия реакции: отверждение при 60-80°С.
