Установка относится к охране окружающей среды. Изобретение способствует повышению экологической чистоты работы установки, обеспечению высокой эффективности работы при улавливании из газовых выбросов различных по своим свойствам вредных веществ с расширением области ее применения. Для этого в установке, содержащей абсорбер с орошающим устройством, поддоном и рабочим объемом, электролизер, насос, корпус электролизера выполнен герметичным, катоды изготовлены из нержавеющей стали, аноды - из титана с оксидно-рутениевым покрытием, выходной патрубок размещен в верхней части корпуса и соединен с рабочим объемом, входной патрубок электролизера установлен в нижней части корпуса и соединен с орошающим устройством и напорным патрубком насоса, всасывающий патрубок которого подключен к поддону. В качестве абсорбента использованы водные растворы солей щелочных и/или щелочно-земельных металлов или смесей солей и гидрооксидов щелочных металлов. Установка дополнительно содержит сепаратор с входным и выходными газовым и жидкостным патрубками, причем последний подключен к нижней части поддона. Кроме того, установка дополнительно содержит второй абсорбер с орошающим устройством и поддоном, который соединен с поддоном уравнительным трубопроводом, а входной патрубок электролизера подключен к абсорберу.The installation relates to environmental protection. The installation further comprises a separator with inlet and outlet gas and liquid nozzles, the latter being connected to the bottom of the pallet. In addition, the installation further comprises a second absorber with irrigation device and a pallet, which is connected to the pallet with a balancing pipe, and the inlet of the electrolyzer is connected to the absorber.
