Жатка для уборки подсолнечника относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению. Жатка содержит корпус с поперечным шнеком, перед которым установлены ленточные транспортеры. По обеим сторонам ленточных транспортеров расположены шнеки с правой и левой навивкой спиралей, в конце которых как продолжение спиралей закреплены винтовые ножи. Каждые два рядом расположенных шнека сверху закрыты кожухом. Ленточные транспортеры установлены в боковых стенках с отогнутой в сторону шнека верхней частью, на которой через отверстия закреплены противорежущие ножи. Эти овальные отверстия позволяют регулировать зазор между ножами. Отгиб боковых стенок ленточных транспортеров обеспечивает положение лезвий ножей в плоскости, пересекающей поверхность вращения винтовых ножей. Верхняя отогнутая часть боковой стенки ленточных транспортеров и боковые кромки кожухов образуют каналы для перемещения стеблей к поперечному шнеку. Перед ленточными транспортерами и перед каждой парой соседних шнеков установлены делители стеблей подсолнечника. Упрощенная конструкция жатки позволяет повысить надежность технологического процесса.Sunflower harvester refers to agricultural machinery.
