The method relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, surgical dentistry, and can be used in the treatment of patients with lesions of bone tissue. The basis of the invention is to create a method for eliminating a bone defect, which consists in filling the defect with its own osteogenic tissue. The problem is solved in that the defect is filled with a temporary biological prosthesis containing osteogenic bone marrow elements stimulated with estrogen. Using the proposed method of eliminating a bone tissue defect allows a new approach to the treatment of patients with lesions of bone tissue. The proposed bioprosthesis is temporary, as with the formation of bone tissue there is a gradual autolysis of the bioprosthesis. Using it allows you to form bioprostheses with various fillers in advance - osteogenesis inducers in advance.
