Abstract

The invention relates to devices for repairing a railway track, in particular, to structures of straightening-tamping and finishing machines. The technical result is to expand the functionality of the machine during local repair of the railway track by delivering tools and materials to the place of repair, carrying out lifting and unloading operations and increasing the efficiency of the machine by conducting operations: pouring and unloading crushed stone and materials on both sides of the machine and saving time of work on the site due to the continuous sequence of work on the repaired section of the rail track. This is achieved by the fact that the machine of local straightening of the track, containing a frame with a tamping block mounted on it, lifting and leveling units, is equipped with a platform, with a manipulator located on it and a cargo surface made in the form of a body with the possibility of its rotation at an angle from 0 ° to 45 ° on both sides of the machine. At the same time, the body is made with folding sides.

Description

The invention relates to devices for repairing a railway track, in particular, to structures of straightening-tamping and finishing machines.
Known is a working vehicle for performing railway work, comprising a frame supported by running trolleys. The frame is equipped with couplers for detachable connection with railway vehicles. (RF patent №2109101, IPC ЕВВ 27/00, 35/00)
The disadvantage of this invention is not fast enough to perform urgent railway work due to the discontinuance of work on the repaired section of the rail track.
The best known is a tamping machine, which includes a frame with a tamping block, a basic reference system, a lifting and leveling mechanism, a cargo surface in the form of a rubble hopper. The hopper is located in front of the vertically movable tamping block and has a dispenser. (USSR Patent No. 1558304, IPC ЕВВ 27/17)
The disadvantage of this machine is the lack of lifting and unloading functions, the functions of delivering the tool to the place of repair work.
The technical result is the expansion of the functionality of the machine during
local repair of the railway track by delivering tools and materials to the place of repair, carrying out lifting and unloading operations and increasing the efficiency of the machine due to operations: pouring and unloading crushed stone and materials on both sides of the machine and saving time on the site due to the continuous sequence work on the repaired section of the rail track.
This is achieved by the fact that the machine of local straightening of the track, containing a frame with a tamping block mounted on it, lifting and leveling units, is equipped with a platform, with a manipulator located on it and a cargo surface made in the form of a body with the possibility of its rotation at an angle from 0 ° to 45 ° on both sides of the machine.
At the same time, the body is made with folding sides.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings, which depict:

The machine contains a frame 2 resting on the running trolleys 1, on which a tamping block 3, a lifting-leveling device 4, a stabilizer 5, a ballast slope seal 6 are mounted. A frame 7 has a cabin 7 for service personnel with movement controls
machines and controls the working bodies and the power unit 8 with the pump station 9. The machine is equipped with a control and measuring system, including measuring carts 10, 11, 12 with sensors. The platform 13 is connected to the frame 2 of the machine via a hinge 14 and rests on the undercarriage 15. On the frame 17 of the platform 13, a body 16 and a manipulator 18 are installed. The body 16 is rotatable at an angle from 0 ° to 45 ° on both sides of the machine using a drive 19.
The frame 17 of the platform 13 is provided with holes for the axles 20. The body 16 has a hinged side 21.
The straightening-tamping-leveling machine works as follows:
Upon arrival of the machine to the repaired area, measuring trolleys 10, 11, 12 and a control and measuring system are installed on the base rail, and a measuring trip is carried out. According to the data obtained during the measurement trip, the program for straightening the rail track is calculated.
After a measuring trip, the machine returns to its starting point with the simultaneous delivery of material (gravel) or a tool to the place of repair work. Using a drive in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 19, the body 16 is turned in the desired direction of the rail track at the required rotation angle of 0 ° to 45 ° material or the tool is unloaded on both sides of the rail track.
At the end of the work, the sides of the body 16 are closed, they carry out tamping and straightening of the rail track.
At the end of track straightening, the machine returns to the starting point, stabilizing the rail track.
