Description

The proposed utility model for art supplies is intended for the artist to work in the studio and in the open air.

Known easel sketchbook [1], which contains support racks, extendable legs, box for art material, the base for the tablet with a device for its installation in a working position. The easel is provided with a tablet case pivotally connected to a support stand having a U-shape. The base for the tablet is made in the form of a swivel frame, freely fixed with a support stand. The device for installing the tablet is made in the form of a lower movable support and an upper latch, which is installed on the tablet.

Also known is an easel sketchbook [2], which consists of a U-shaped support stand, which is telescopically connected to a U-shaped frame mounted on two wheels, and a U-shaped handle with a latch located on it. A hinged table having a telescopic leg and two symmetrical telescopic telescopic legs are made movably connected to the support stand, made L-shaped at the junction with the support stand, while all telescopic parts are fastened with movable lamb-type locks.

A common disadvantage of these devices is the limited ability to vary the tablet format.

The closest to the proposed utility model analogue adopted for the prototype is a sketchbook [3].

The sketchbook of the prototype contains a drawer for paints pivotally connected from the hinged lid, telescopic racks pivotally mounted on the bottom of the drawer, and picture holders made in the form of two stops fixed on the side walls on the inside of the lid, and two locking rods mounted with the possibility of extension them out of the lid and fixing against it.

The disadvantage of the prototype, as well as the above analogues, is the limited ability to vary the format of the picture.

In addition, the design of the support stand, consisting of three telescopic tubes, does not allow you to smoothly adjust its height, and the placement of the hinged attachment points of the racks at the bottom of the box creates an inconvenience when assembling a sketchbook.

The problem to be solved is the possibility of varying the format of the picture while simplifying the design of the easel-sketchbook and increasing the manufacturability of its assembly.

In one of the possible examples of the easel-sketchbook, the device for fixing the racks is made in the form of a T-shaped plate with bent end pads and bounded on three sides.

the inflection edges of the central platform, each of the bent end platforms has a cutout for installation of a tetrahedral screw stop therein, the head of which is pressed against the surface of the bent platform of the T-shaped plate by rotation of the telescopic stand.

In addition, the device for installing the picture contains a support bar with two longitudinal cuts and plate stops fixed on the surface of the bar, bent forward and upward from the upper edge of the support bar, as well as two rings with threaded rods radially mounted in them, worn on the corresponding telescopic racks, and the upper latch, made in the form of a wire rod with a bent upper end, mounted with the possibility of longitudinal movement in the support, which is rigidly fixed to the Central square schadke T-shaped plate, the threaded rods rings introduced into the longitudinal recesses support bar and fixed therein pivoting clamps.

In addition, the support of the wire rod is made in the form of a bar having a through longitudinal hole for installing the wire rod and a through transverse hole in which a cylindrical sleeve with a diametrical through hole coaxial with the longitudinal opening of the bar and a threaded end which is fixed on the outside of the bar by a rotary clamp is installed.

In another possible exemplary embodiment, the easel sketchbook further comprises a box for art supplies with a lid that can be folded back and can be locked in a predetermined position by means of two lateral latch latches, the lateral latch latch made of wire curved to form guides and a foot that is perpendicular guide rails and mounted in the side

wall of the box, forming the axis of rotation of the side latch of the lid, and a screw is installed in the side wall of the lid, the threaded end of which is inserted into the gap between the guides and fixed by a rotary clamp.

In addition, the device for fixing the racks consists of three corners, one of which is fixed on the front wall, and the other two on the side walls at the back of the box, while a rectangular cutout is made on the bent area of each corner to install a tetrahedral screw stop , the head of which is pressed against the surface of the bent area of the corner by rotation of the telescopic rack.

In addition, the device for installing the picture contains two locking wire rods inserted into the cover through the holes on the sides of its front wall and installed inside the cover into the rings of threaded rods with ring heads, the threaded ends of which are brought out through the holes in the side walls of the cover and fixed with rotary clamps while the upper end of the locking wire rod is bent in the form of a bracket, the leg of which, when the lid is closed, is installed in the hole in the front wall of the box, preventing tkryvanie cover.

In addition, the easel sketchbook additionally contains a palette of rectangular shape with a bevel in the area of the hole for the finger.

The latch 38 is made of a wire, curved curly with the formation of the rails 39 and legs, which is perpendicular to the plane of the rails and installed in the side wall of the box, forming the axis of rotation 40 of the lateral latch of the lid. A screw 41 is installed in the side wall of the lid, the threaded end of which is inserted into the gap between the guides 39 and fixed by a rotary clamp 42 with a washer.

The device for fixing the racks 1 consists of three identical angles 43, one of which is fixed on the front wall, and the other two on the side walls at the rear of the box 36. On the bent areas of the corners, cutouts 44 are made to the size of the tetrahedral stop 16 of the screw, the head of which 17 pressed to the surface of the bent area of the corner by rotation of the telescopic rack 1.

The device for installing the picture contains two locking wire rods 45 installed inside the cover through the holes in its front wall. Inside the lid, the rod 45 is installed in the ring 46 of the threaded rod with an annular head, the threaded end of which is brought out through the hole in the side wall of the lid and fixed by a rotary clamp 47 with the washer. The upper end of the rod 45 is bent in the form of a bracket, the leg 48 of which, with the lid closed, is installed in the hole 49 in the front wall of the box, preventing the lid from opening.

Preparation of the easel-sketchbook in working position is as follows.

First, the telescopic racks 1 are assembled, for which a tube 12 of a smaller diameter is inserted into a tube 11 of a larger diameter,

through the hole 20, a screw 21 is inserted into the plug 19, the end of which is inserted into the longitudinal slot 18 of the tube 11, after which the rotary clamp 22 with the washer 23 is installed.

Then, a screw 15 with a tetrahedral stop is installed in the threaded sleeve 14 of the tube 11, without screwing it to the end.

Further, if it is necessary to use a large-format tablet to paint a picture, the design of the easel-sketchbook of Figure 1 is assembled.

To do this, put on two racks 1 of the ring 4 with threaded rods installed in them 5. Then the racks with the put on rings 4 are fixed on the bent end platforms 24, 25, forming a horizontal shelf of the T-shaped plate. To secure the rack, a tetrahedral stop 16 of the screw 15 is inserted into the cutout 27 of the end platform and, rotating the rack, screw it into the sleeve 14 until it stops, pressing the screw head 17 against the surface of the end platform. Then, the third rack is similarly fixed on the end platform 26. The length of the racks is regulated by moving the tube 12 and moving the screw 21 in the slot 18 of the tube 11 with it, and after reaching the required length of the rack, fix the position of the screw with a rotary clamp 22.

A support bar 3 is mounted on the front struts, for which threaded rods 5 of the rings 4 are inserted into the slots 9 and fixed with rotary clamps 10. To adjust the height of the support bar 3, they are moved along the struts of the ring, while moving their rods 5 along the slots 9.

Then install the wire rod 6 of the upper retainer of the picture in the longitudinal hole 29 of the support 7, stationary mounted on a horizontal platform 28 of the T-shaped plate 2, after aligning the diametrical hole 32 of the sleeve 31 with the hole 29 of the support.

A tablet or cardboard is installed on the upper edge of the support bar 3 for painting, then, moving the rod 6, set so that the bent end presses the picture from above, and then fix the position of the rod 6 with a rotary clamp 34.

When using a small format tablet to paint a picture, the easel sketchbook of FIG. 6 is assembled.

For this, the posts 1 are fixed on the bent pads of the corners 43 of the box 36 in the same way as described above using the construction of FIG. 1 as an example.

The locking wire rods 45 are pushed forward, bringing the legs 48 of their brackets out of the openings 49 of the box, after which they open the box by folding the lid 37 back and lock the lid in the desired position by turning the clamps 42 of the side latch 38 of the lid.

For ease of installation of the tablet or cardboard for the picture, the rods 45 are removed from the cover 37. The tablet is installed on the bottom of the cover 37, then through the holes in the front wall of the cover, the rods 45 are inserted inward by installing threaded rods in the rings 46 and the rotary clamps 47 are screwed.

The palette 50 (see Fig. 7), which is part of the art supplies of the easel-sketchbook, is made in the form of a rectangular plank according to the size of the cavity of the box 36, with a hole 51 for the finger located in the lower left corner of the palette. For convenience of support on the hand in the area of the hole, bevel 52 is made at an angle = 20 ° to the bottom edge of the palette.

A distinctive feature of the proposed utility model is the design of telescopic racks, providing simplicity and

convenience of fastening on supporting surfaces of various types and convenience of easel height adjustment.

In addition, reliable fastening of tablets for paintings of various formats is achieved by simple means.

The industrial applicability of the utility model is determined by the fact that the proposed easel sketchbook can be made according to the description and drawings from ordinary materials used in the production of art supplies and used for its intended purpose.
