DEVICE FOR DEVELOPING A WELL

The device relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for well development, in particular for the development and testing of prospecting and exploratory wells located in inaccessible terrain with limited well sites.

A device for well development is known, including a column head, a crosspiece installed on it with side valves, one of which is connected to a flare line, a faceplate with a hanging pipe on which lift pipes are suspended, and a central valve, a filling line, RF Patent No. 2109934.

The disadvantage of this device is the long duration of well development due to the dismantling of the drilling and preventer installations used in the construction of the well, the subsequent installation of a lifting unit and a small preventer for lowering elevator pipes, installation of fountain fittings with filling, flow and flare lines. In the case of limiting the time allocated for the construction, development and testing of wells, this circumstance may adversely affect the efficiency of work, or even will not allow to carry out these works on schedule. The disadvantage of this device is also the high duration of well development, which negatively affects the time available for the construction, development and testing of wells. The sufficiently large overall dimensions of the fountain valves and the flare line also negatively affect the manufacturability of work with limited well sites.

Achievable technical result consists in ensuring a minimum duration of work during well development at well sites limited on the territory.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device for well development, which includes a column head, a cross with lateral valves installed on it, one of which is connected to a flare line, a washer with a hanging pipe on which lift pipes are suspended, and a central valve, a filling line unlike the prototype, it is additionally equipped with a preventive installation installed between the cross and the faceplate, and a filling line is connected to the central valve.

The device includes a column head 1, a crosspiece 2 mounted on it with side valves 3, one of which is connected to a flare line 4, a preventer installation 5, a faceplate 6 and a central valve 7. A filling line from the pump installation is attached to the central valve 7 via a quick disconnect 8 (not shown in FIG.).

The device operates as follows.

Elevator pipes are lowered into the drilled hole through the preventer unit 5, which are suspended in the faceplate 6 using the suspension pipe. The faceplate 6 is mounted on the preventer unit 5. A central valve 7 and a quick coupler 8 are mounted on it.

To the quick disconnect connection 8 is connected to the filling line from the pump unit. A flare line 4 is connected to the lateral valve 3, directed in the opposite direction from the wellhead.

In the well, the clay solution is replaced with lightweight fluid by feeding it into the elevator pipes and discharging through the annulus and flare line 4. At the end of the flare line, a fitting is installed. By reducing the back pressure on the formation, a call is made to inflow from the formation. In this case, gas from the formation is supplied through the annulus and flare line 4 to the day surface.

After drilling a well, a necessary set of studies is carried out on a flare through a diaphragm meter for critical gas flow 9 installed on the end of the flare line 4 instead of a fitting device or another similar device.

After the test is completed, the well is shut off, then, if necessary, it is either preserved or liquidated, or it is undergoing work to put it into operation.

The proposed device allows to reduce development costs during well construction by eliminating the dismantling of the drilling and preventer installations used in well construction, the subsequent installation of a lifting unit and small-sized preventer for lowering elevator pipes, and installation of fountain fittings with filling, flow and flare lines.
