The invention relates to methods for preparing drinks in a taxi, including hot ones, by passing water through a capsule containing a substance or extract (for example, coffee, tea, cocoa, etc.) using a device for preparing drinks in a taxi.

The invention can be applied to the vending trade of freshly brewed coffee and other beverages in public transport such as taxis, including while driving all year round.

A device is known, a vending machine (VA) with a wide range of food, drinks for good nutrition, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and sales of other goods (RU 2019127073А publ. 03/01/2021) containing coffee-tea makers built into the VA, a thermos, a mini refrigerator for ice, ice cream, etc. The disadvantage of this device is the sale of pre-prepared drinks, which requires the participation of specialists providing the catering function, in addition, the pre-prepared drink is not freshly prepared, which negatively affects the taste of tea or coffee.

A device is known (CN 103119632A publ. 05/22/2013), intended for the sale of snacks and other packaged goods, located in the trunk of a car with control of the device from the car. The disadvantage of this device is the inability to sell freshly prepared drinks such as hot coffee or tea. As well as the complexity of installation, which will require the participation of specialized specialists.

The closest solution is a mobile vending system for passenger commercial and private vehicles (WO2003024742 publ. 27.03.2003). This system includes a liquid distribution subsystem containing at least one liquid storage container. Additionally, it contains a device for transporting liquid tanks, containing at least one device for delivering tanks. The disadvantage of this solution is the need for pre-preparation of the drink, which means that it requires the work of a catering system specialist, while the drink does not turn out freshly prepared, and the device containing containers with ready-made drinks is complex, containing a conveyor, large-sized, permanently installed in place of a standard armrest or panels of the central tunnel, such installation of the device will require the work of specialists to install additional equipment in the car, and, since it contains a freezing liquid inside, it will complicate or make it impossible to operate it in the winter, since it is difficult to permanently dismantle a large device while the car leaves the line in winter and mount when returning to the line, which will lead to freezing and damage to the device.

Thus, the technical problem is to create a method for preparing drinks in a taxi using a technical device that makes it easy and safe to prepare, as well as safely consume freshly prepared (that is, prepared immediately before use), including hot, drinks with high palatability in a moving vehicle. vehicle (in a taxi), year-round, without the involvement of catering specialists and without technical alterations in the car.

The technical result achieved by the claimed invention is to ensure the safe preparation of high-quality drinks in a moving vehicle (taxi), as well as to increase safety in their preparation and consumption due to the design of the equipment used, which makes it possible to prepare drinks immediately before their use, compact , easily mounted in the passenger compartment and easily dismantled for the period of vehicle downtime in the winter, made with the ability to protect against the flow of liquid during the preparation and use of the drink. At the same time, safety is understood as protection from splashing and flowing of the drink during the preparation or use of the drink in conditions of shaking and vibrations that inevitably occur in a moving vehicle.

Also, the result of the claimed method is an increase in loyalty to the fleet or taxi aggregator using the claimed invention on the part of customers (taxi users) due to the provision by the fleet or taxi aggregator of a service that makes the taxi ride more comfortable and attractive to the user. As well as increasing loyalty to the fleet or taxi aggregator using the claimed invention, on the part of drivers, for whom the invention creates the possibility of additional earnings. The invention also creates a new sales channel for manufacturers of extractable beverages such as coffee or tea. Thus, the result of the claimed invention is the formation of a competitive advantage for fleets or taxi aggregators using the claimed invention, and the formation of additional income opportunities for all participants in the retail trade of freshly prepared drinks in taxis.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that in the method of preparing drinks in a taxi, a device for preparing drinks in a taxi (hereinafter referred to as the device) is used, which is made with the possibility of mounting / dismantling it in the passenger compartment, while installing the device on the headrest of the front seat with the possibility of its quick and easy installation, as well as dismantling, if it is necessary to move it, pour water into the tank of the device; place a glass with installed on it and performing

The device for preparing drinks in a taxi contains a water tank 1, made with the possibility of receiving, accumulating and supplying water, a blower 2, made, for example, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical, with the possibility of supplying water to the capsule piercer 3; a water heating device 4 configured to heat water to a desired temperature; a glass holder 5 configured to fix the glass 6. The capsule piercer 3 comprises at least one piercing element, for example, a needle or a blade for piercing the capsule 7 with the substance to be extracted. The capsule piercer 3 is also configured to drain water from the capsule piercer 3 through the capsule 7 with the extractable substance into the glass 6. The pressing device 8 is configured to press the capsule piercer 3 to the capsule 7 with the extractable substance installed in the capsule holder 9.

The capsule holder 9 (Fig. 2) has a socket 10 for installing a capsule 7 with a drink extract, which is made with the possibility of tightly fixing the capsule 7 and draining the drink from the capsule into the receiving glass 6. In addition, the capsule holder 9 has a clutch 19 with a glass 6 ( for example, an annular groove or thread), which is made with the possibility of tightly putting on the capsule holder 9 on the receiving cup 6; and also contains a hole for drinking 11, which is made with the possibility of exiting the finished drink from the glass 6, and an air hole 12, which is made with the possibility of passing air. The capsule holder 9 is made with the possibility of tight contact, which excludes the possibility of liquid leakage, both with the capsule 7 containing the extract of the drink and with the glass receiving the drink 6.

It is possible to use alternative versions of the capsule holders 9, for example, made detachable or integral with the sealed capsule 7, and/or made detachable or integral with the receiving cup 6. The versions of the capsule holders 9 are shown in FIG. 8. The capsule holder 9 may be made of plastic, metal, paper or ceramic, for example, and may be disposable. The drinking opening 11 can be equipped with a breakable protective cap.

The use of the capsule holder 9 ensures that there is no open jet of the drink during its preparation. The drink is poured immediately into the glass 6 closed by the capsule holder 9, and also from the closed glass 6 is consumed through the drinking hole 11, due to this, protection is provided against splashing or leakage of liquid during shaking when the car is moving, that is, safety for the car interior and people located in it.

Also, the use of the capsule holder 9 in the described embodiment makes it possible to get rid of the storage of spent capsules 7 inside the beverage preparation device, since the spent capsule 7 remains inside the capsule holder 9 and is disposed of with it. The single-use capsule holder 9 makes it possible to sell freshly prepared drinks in a taxi, is a new product on the market and forms a new sales direction.

Capsule lid 13 (Fig. 3, Fig. 7), including a bottom 14, made with the possibility of protecting against the leakage of liquid from the spent capsule 7, and a side wall 15, made with the possibility of tightly fixing the capsule lid in the capsule holder 9, made detachable or one-piece with capsule 7 and/or detachable or integral with glass 6. Capsule lid 13 can be made, for example, of plastic, metal, rubber, paper, ceramics, etc. The use of capsule lid 13 increases the comfort and safety of drinking the drink and guarantees protection against leakage of the drink. from the spent capsule installed in the capsule holder 9, as well as protection against falling out of the capsule 7 from the capsule holder 9.

The device for preparing drinks in a taxi is located in the housing 16, is made removable and portable with the possibility of its installation/dismantling in the car. In this case, the device is installed on the headrest 17 of the front seat 18 of the passenger or driver (Fig. 1, Fig. 5, Fig. 6) with the possibility of its quick and easy installation, as well as dismantling if it is necessary to move it.

This place is not only the most ergonomically convenient, but also has the property of additional stimulation of the taxi passenger to buy a drink, as it is in front of his eyes.

An important feature of the device is the absence of a storage place for used capsules 7, which is important in the conditions of the device in a taxi, since it does not require constant cleaning (it is not a reliable solution to demand this from the driver), in addition, this makes the device compact and clean, which important in a taxi environment. Another important feature of the device is the absence of an internal capsule holder in the device. This made the device even more compact and reduced its cost. The device can be made, for example, of plastic, metal and other materials.

The portable beverage preparation device can be made, for example, 12 V, operating from the vehicle's on-board network, and, for example, 220 V operating through a voltage booster (eg inverter). The beverage preparation cycle for the 12 V version is about 15 minutes. This is due to the heating time of the water in the water heating device 4. Heating occurs, for example, using an electric heating element, which is part of the water heating device. After turning on the device, the water heats up in about 15 minutes, after which the device electronics constantly maintains the water temperature at a given level, heating it up as needed. Thus, the user (taxi passenger) can get a freshly prepared hot drink without waiting for the water to heat up, because water is constantly heated. After preparing one portion of a freshly prepared drink, the device starts heating the water again to the set temperature, and this will take about 15 minutes. In the conditions of operation of the device in a taxi, this time is not unacceptably large, since between drink orders it will take time to complete the current order, wait for the next order, and travel to the next order. During this time, the water will warm up again and will be maintained at a given level.

The use of a 12 V beverage preparation device is advisable if the device is not tied to a specific car, when there is a need to use the device on different cars. In addition, the 12V version does not require equipment to step up the voltage to 220V.

If it is necessary to reduce the time of the beverage preparation cycle, it is necessary to install equipment for increasing the voltage to 220 V and use the device in 220 V version.

The device is made with the possibility of easy dismantling/mounting in order to move it, to work in conditions of negative ambient temperatures. At negative ambient temperatures, do not leave the device in the passenger compartment of a non-working car for a time sufficient for the device to freeze. Therefore, at negative temperatures, during the downtime of the vehicle in which the device is used, it must be dismantled and transferred to any place where the temperature is above zero. And again mounted in the vehicle interior when entering the line. For ease of carrying, the device can be equipped with a transport case with foam.

The device can be equipped with any existing retail payment solution, such as contactless payment or mobile app payment. In addition, the device may be configured to include a payment for a drink on a travel bill. In addition, such a method can become an additional tool for controlling the number of beverage sales for systems where such control is necessary. In addition, this form of payment will reduce the cost of organizing separate reporting to government agencies in the direction of the sale of drinks.

In addition, on devices equipped with a screen on the front, a video motivating to buy a drink can be shown, which will increase the conversion of trips into sales of a freshly prepared drink.

To prepare a drink in vehicles, you will need the following ingredients:

capsules 7 containing a beverage extract (eg coffee, tea, cocoa or any other percolated beverage extract). The use of hermetic capsules 7 with the extract of the drink, used to prepare the drink immediately before its use, ensures the high quality of the prepared drinks;

- bottled water (for example, volume 0.3 liters). The use of bottles in factory sealed packaging with a volume equal to the volume of the drink received, gives the consumer an understanding of the origin of the water from which the drink is prepared;

- glasses 6 (for example, paper or plastic) for hot drinks;

The method of preparing drinks in a taxi is as follows.

Due to the fact that the driver is not a specialist associated with the catering function, he does not participate in the process of preparing the drink. The user's confidence in the received product (ready-to-drink drink), in a taxi environment, can only be formed if the user independently manipulates the ingredients in the factory packaging. Therefore, users perform the following actions:

- open the lid of the water tank 1 of the device, open the sealed water bottle (volume, for example, 0.3 l), pour water from the bottle into the water tank 1, close the tank lid;

- insert the capsule 7 containing the drink extract into the capsule holder 9 or use the capsule holder 9, which is integral with the capsule 7 and can be connected to the glass; then put on the capsule holder 9 with the capsule 7 installed in the holder 9 on the glass 6 (in the case of using the capsule holder 9, made with the possibility of a detachable connection with the glass 6); or

- insert the capsule 7 containing the drink extract into the capsule holder 9, which is configured to accommodate the capsule 7 and is permanently connected to the glass 6, or use the capsule holder, which is integral with the capsule and integral with the glass 6;

- further place the glass 6 with the capsule holder 9 installed on it and acting as a lid and the capsule 7 placed in the capsule holder 9 in the glass holder 5, which is an element of a portable device for preparing drinks;

- move the capsule piercer 3 to the capsule 7 using the pressing device 8, carrying out the puncture of the capsule 7;

- start the process of preparing a drink using the control panel of the device, for example, by turning on a mechanical button or a button on the touch panel;

- after pouring the drink, the capsule piercer 3 is retracted using the pressing device 8, the glass 6 is removed from the glass holder 5 of the device together with the capsule holder 9 and the capsule 7 itself, after which, before drinking the drink, the capsule cover 13 is installed on the capsule 7.

Thus, the claimed method of preparing drinks in a taxi using the equipment used makes it easy to prepare freshly prepared high-quality drinks in a taxi all year round, is safe for the passenger compartment and the people in it, cheap, attractive to participants in the passenger taxi market.
